My complaint is that, healthy kids raised my premium from $20 a month to $318 a month based on my household income. I was scheduled to have a service between the hours of 1-5pm. around 3pm a technician called me and said that he will be the technician for the dryer and that there will be a seperate technician for the washer. Three weeks later and after numerous calls I still have not received the original item and was just told today that they are shipping another one.
