Third party charges appeared on my husband's company phone bill. The third party is USBI and they are billing on behalf of Norristown Telephone. Apparently, a woman by the name of "Janice Walls" is ordering something on the internet and is charging it to my husband's fax number. I called USBI and they are reversing the charges. They started a policy where they do not accept phone calls from policy owner or repair facility. They will only communicate by e-mail or fax, but they will not call to verify information. My hot water heater went bad and I called this Mr. Rooter. The tech gave me the price for a new hot water heater and said that I also had to have an expansion tank installed because it was a government code and required. It was an extra $220. I purchased a sofa and loveseat. Carls delivered sofa but not loveseat. They claimed they misplaced it and had to find it! Huh! First of all, they claim to be accredited by the BBB right on their business card, but they are not. In fact if you do have a claim to file, they don't even bother to respond. I won't ever step foot in this store again, as I just bought 4 pieces of baked goods (like Danish donut twists), and they were rock hard. March ‘10 we purchased a 2006, Gulf Stream Ultra C from RV Metro. We traded in our 2006 Weekend Warrior which was written into the contract as RV Metro was to pay off the remaining loan. I sent a check, (#2262) to pay off the $865 over the agreed upon amount that was due on our loan $21, 865.00. The check was received on March 21st and cashed on March 23rd.
