I found that the software actually was slowing down my computer and caused my screen to free up. I sought a refund as per their instructions within 3-4 days of downloading their software. I have had nothing but hassel trying to get this refund. They redirected my request for refund to tech support and ignored my refund request. I signed up to take classes but they kept putting it off never recived books or classes. tried to drop the classes since I did not recive the services but was told I could not . In my opinion, William H Tobolsky is an atrocious attorney. My experience with him only leads me to believe that he is what most people ascribe to lawyers in general: They they are all no-good, backstabbing, heinous, unethical people. I called Doubleday Bookclub(1-727-918-2665) to cancel my order for they took to much money out of my account from my bank, and I havent even gotten the order yet!!! I told them I wanted too cancel the account with them, and they told me they couldnt do so until I either send the books back...the ones that I paid for and havent got...or buy more books. . Last year will be my very last year ever using Liberty Tax Service. I went to the Tax Service on Broadway last year and they completely ripped me off. I was never told of the total charges. I am a single parent with one child. I worked 1 job last year and I make close to nothing. They charged me almost $600 to do my taxes. They did not disclose that information to me at all. I purchased a Bissell SpotBot about two years ago and until recently, was well pleased with it. After each use, I would clean it and make sure it was dry, then store it away until the next use. I am a current Student in yr 9 in Lynwood senior High school and I am truly agianst some of the policy's they have. This company low balls on proposals to get contracts and then does not honor the contract in full, They do very little work just enough to get by. They do not supervise there contracts personally. Just found it here that I'm not alone in complaining this BAC Homes Loans...If this is the case, where we can take our voice and complaints...On our part, this BAC Homes loans increased our escrow by almost $500.oo every month, they said it's bcause prop tax got increased, we have escrow shortage, plus unexpected taxes and insurance, a big WOW...we verified our taxes from the municipal hall, and found out that our prop tax is only this much...but this BAC seems overcharging us. This dental office is only in existence for one year, but they will claim its' been around for 2 years.
