This site requires a 48 hour cancellation policy, even if you book the day of reservation...they back date your reservation to 48 hours prior. Some of the hotels they advertise do not take pets, and when I got to the hotel I booked, (Red Carpet Inn North Syracuse) with my dog, and the same day I booked the reservation, I was advised that pets of any size or kind were not allowed, and I was turned away. Appears to be a scam. They charge for a parts request with a guarantee that you will receive at least two 'responses' in XX hours. I paid and received two spam emails. I called both and they said yes they get the requests from partrequest.com, but they don't sell those parts. I went to partrequest.com to claim the refund and their site returns a "Page does not exist." (404) error when I click on the Refund link.
