Did not receive the goods that I ordered. Was charged £90 to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one! Waited another 8 days without hearing anything. Phoned them up and they had no idea what was happening and said they'd find out and phone me back. Another two days, another phone call and then told it would be another day for pick up and only then would they deliver the right item. No refund for such bad service. No reason why. Hi, Recently I got a new BSNL 3G Datacard for Wileless Internet connection from BSNL Offic, HAL3rd stage, Indiranagar, BANGALORE. I called the customer care to know whether i can use an STD docomo number under friends and family member offer. The guy said i can use any number of docomo network(STD/Local) but i can use only one number. So i tried to activate the offer my sending an SMS as "FF <mobilenumber>"[without quotes]. I have used the docomo number only in the SMS and i send it to the 121 as the customer care guy said. But i got the following strange reply "Sorry the SR cannot be raised for this profile". This company stole my information from a payday loan site. One I had used several times with no problems. I was checking my bank statement and saw I was overdrawn due to a 49.98 charge from Liberty Discount Club. The check they sent thru also had their customer service # on it. On 10/19/10, I purchased three pairs of Remii underwear. The items arrived on 10/21/10, but two of the pairs were incorrect sizes. On 10/22/10 I called the company. I was told to email a request for replacements and keep the incorrect sizes. On 10/29/10 I called again because I had not received the correct sizes nor any email response. On 10/30, I received an email which stated that the correct sizes would be sent that very day. As of 11/10/10, I had not received the replacement items nor any response.
