I kindly notified the lady who worked there that her machine was not working so she could give notice to anyone else to prevent this from happening to them as well. Hi all In a nutshell, I made an order through flora niche in August this year. For some reason HSBC would decline the transaction every time they would attempt to make payment, HSBC stated that their fraud prevention system automatically declined this. I have now learnt that Flora niche have distributed my personal credit card details to a 3rd party! Do they not realise how much fraud there is out there. Don't purchase anything from these guys. They won't stand behind it. They have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, and that was before my complaint. I wish I had of checked first. I purchased an external hard drive enclosure. It smoked my hard drive and they won't take it back unless I pay the return shipping. They want a 15% restocking fee too. Maybe that's why I received a defective enclosure. Someone else sent it back as defective and they restocked. My husband bought a 4 piece set of jewelry and the care plan. Have taken the jewelry for repair 4 times now. The customer service in the jewelry dept is appauling. If you don't have your receipt, they can't help you. If you don't have your care plan, they can't help you. I was on a tour from Oct 23 – Oct 28th 2010 and was one of 5 Americans on a bus of 60. Our tour guide spoke broken English, our bus driver spoke none. Our driver ran red lights, didn’t pick us up when or where he said he would, didn’t help passengers on or off the bus and never helped with luggage. TNT Kuwait paid total custom KD 12.500 for eight packages of 50kg to Kuwait customs (custom declaration no. 93338). How they charged this much custom where the custom duty is 5%.
