Beware of incomplete websites...and...misleading charges for websites that are not complete when advertised "as complete". Then this company charges customers to fix their own software that's useless to be advertised to the public until the fixes are completed. I bought a canon battery grip for the canon 5d mark 2 and noticed after a few weeks that the plastic gear inside the grip broke, yes, canon installs a plastic gear which drives a metal gear, needless to say after x amount of tightening and loosening the plastic gear strips. My sunroom was installed in the latter part of 2004 but the roof has leaked continuously ever since. I had Ultra's local dealer send his installer to repair this problem in 2005 at which time he re-caulked the roof. You spend 30min on their surveys and they kick you off and say you don't qualify without pay.
