This experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe I was deceived. Just over one week ago we broke the 14 cup carafe for our Cuisinart coffeemaker. I recently bought a dvd boxset from this so called "business", they said in their advertisement, great quality, commercial free, yadda yadda, and they don't tell you where they are located when asked. The smart collect collection agency promised us it would collect our unpaid rent from up to 4 renter, for a flat price of $119.00. We paid the fee and submitted information about 3 tenants. I received a call from CRA agent John Gibson on Nov. 30, 2010 stating that I owed a credit card bill from 2002. The credit card had been sent to an address in Oregon that I had never lived at.
