This complaint is against billing/information given and also against staff performance. Prior to making my reservation online, I called the hotel. I told the woman on duty that we were coming to the dog show and asked if the dogs spent the night in the room and did not come into the hotel if there would be a pet fee. I was told that as long as the dogs didn't come in that there wouldn't be a pet fee. On 11/29/2010 I took my 2003 PT Cruiser to Pep Boys in Nashville Tennessee on Old Hickory Blvd. because the oil light was coming on. I described the problem to them when I brought the car in. I told them the oil light (dummy light) was coming on after you drive it for a while and get it wormed up. 1996 Ford Escort was taken to Pat at Precision Auto Repair around 10am on 10/22/10 by recommendation of Tate's Minute Mechanic. On November 16, 2009 I sent this person a check for $350.00 for a refundable deposit for a condo in Fort Myers Florida. When I found out that golf was not available (it has been available with every other condo rental that I done in this community for many years) and this was 3 days later on November 19, 2009 I first contacted Mr. Stapleton requested a return of my deposit. I joined FitWorks and after 1 week of working out I got hurt. I canceled my membership, or tried. I gave them the proper paperwork for canceling that they asked for. Now, 2 months later I am still calling them to find out what is going on. They keep taking money out of my bank for membership dues, yet NO BODY has called me back. What my husband and I thoght to be a great vacation option from Travel Advantage Network (TAN) has been nothing but a scam and rip off. For 1 year we have paid for this package never receiving the "so called" free cruise that was used to lure us to purchase their package. This company put in a Polris pump using a wrong sized pipe to fit it into the system. They attempted to fix the pump, but the seal in the pump had already been broken causing a massive leak. They had promised a warranty on parts and labor, but once they found out that they had made this mistake they stopped returning calls and hang up on me when I call their business. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they lied and wrote back to the BBB saying that the problem had been resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. We were waiting for the second leg of our flight, going from Chicago to Green Bay. A barely audible announcement told us that the flight had been cancelled - no explanation given.
