We had a RAV4 2002 Model, and early this year, problem presented itself as a transmission issue with hard shift into reverse; starting off in 2d or 3d gear. My wife was switched from one policy to another by the Broker for American Medical and Life Insurance with the excuse that the policy she was on was not paying claims. We trusted the Broker and made the switch only to find that Core Value Medical insurance has not paid any of the claims presented to them over the past 7 months. They use all sorts of tatics and all excuses. The provider (Doctor and Lab} submitted several claim forms to the Claims department with no results. This company has contacted me about 2 months ago about a $4000 debt I supposedly owed on a credit card opened in 2001, which went delinquent in 2002. I had NO credit cards at this time, and have told them this. They then just quote my social security number back to me, which I confirm, and they say "Well it must be you". I had been a customer of US Cellulars for approzimately 5 years (I too was not rebated my $30 fee due to "incomplete or lost" application). We bought a Calypso washing machine in 2001 and have had lots of problems. We bought the extended warrenty every year, only to find out that at some point Sears changed our full coverage warrenty for a lesser one, which meant that we could have gotten a new washer based on the repairs it required but no one told us that. I stayed at the Magnuson Hotel North in Williamstown on October 9th and had a very rude employee. I wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel with a copy to the home office on October 12, 2010 (see below). To date (12/6/2010) I have had absolutely no response to the letters. I went to buy gas 12/01/2010 and the cashier applied the money I paid with a debit card to the wrong pump. Absolutely do not hire Power Brothers Remodeling. I hired Eddye (the owner) to paint my new, custom made fireplace mantel. I see he has posted pictures of the project on his website - which ticks me off even more. In Cabo San Lucas we traded our 2 timeshare for a Vacation plan with Raintree. One is in Canada and one in Mexico. Our timeshares have been given to Resort Equity Solutions for trade. The company offered a free trial and then set up an account for future shipments. After the first shipment arrived I attempted to log on to my account and couldn't. I called the 800 number and was told the system was updating and I should try again later. On November 25th I logged into my Barnes and noble account and ordered a certified pre-owned nook and the additional warrenty. My money was put in a "pending" status for 3 business days (From the 25th to the 30th) before it was released by B&N. Consultant promised that they will refinance or modify our loan via short sale refinance since August 2008. As of today, my loan has transfered to another lender and OF Lending has not done anything to show positive result. They demanded $4800 as fees for their initial work. I am appalled and totally disgusted with the service I have received from the SPCA in Springfield Park Durban. A few weeks ago a stray cat had shown up at my house which was extremely ill. I had called the vet closest to me but due to the fact that it was a Saturday afternoon, they were closed so my only alternative was to call the SPCA on their emergency line. We purchased Meindle walking shoes due to their reputation as a quality and reliable product.
