Fed Ex had this bright idea about doing Fed Ex load drivers up with a truck load of delivers and we didnt get them done then the next morning you will have to go to the OFFICE where two mangers will be questioning you about bring packages back and why did you bring so many. Before you leave DOT you cant be on the road no longer that 14 hours per day but you are told to change your start time before you leave cutting out 2 or 3 hours you already been working. I too have been scammed by American Standards online. As of today the company is giving me the refund of $199. Persistence is the key. I called them about 10 times and I had my banks fraud dept call them and spoke 3 way with American standards. I kept telling them that the State of Ohio has a 3 day contract cancellation. This states that anyone who makes a contract with a company has by law 3 days to cancel the contract without reason needed. So pursue that refund with all you have!! The service provider is a printers repair and servicing shop. One HP PSC 1210 series printer was given for servicing as it was not used for some time. The printer was as such in working condition. After more than a month and repeated follow up the printer was returned after charging INR 250 as service charge. The dealer U.G. Gas Service had delivered the expired cyliner - the mark put on the inner side of the top handle of the cyliner was B-10 meaning the cylinder was not safe to use beyond June'10 & the delivery was made during the second week of Nov'10. When the said cylinder was taken for replacing the empty cylinder, the regulator was coming off as soon as the regulator knob was twisted to on the gas supply & then we observed that the cylinder usage date had already expired in June'10. This guy is a fraud. he runs a dentist office out of a warehouse with no running water and other things needed for a dentist office. Also bldg is not zoned for this. Toktumi / Line2 service is horrible. They are a phone company that does not even have a phone number. They have charged me for a service that does not work and they keep charging my credit card. Do not ever give Cincinnati Tan Company your credit card for EFT withdrawals to pay your monthly fees. They are the biggest rip off!
