I bought my daughter a Makeover/Photo Shoot package through Red Letter Days, she really enjoyed the makeover and the shoot on the 6th October 2010. We were encouraged to take out an extremely expensive photograph package, by a very persuasive 'gentleman' and were promised prints, albums etc. would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Over 5 weeks later they were received. My wife purchased a set of GHD IV mini stylers from this company and felt that they were counterfeit as soon as she saw them. Arien Dippenaar from Somerset West running the business was 2 hours late, being under pressure as the moving company will be collecting my furniture soon, I welcomed them. I purchased a 60" HDTV Sony Bravia Grand WEGA KDF-60XS955. This was supposed to be a 10 year to 15 year TV. Cost over $5000, 6 months after my 5 year warranty was up with BEst Buy the blue light box is going out. Guess what, it costs as much to replace as a new TV, really $5000 and it can't make it more than 5 years? When I went to Best Buy to replace it, the sales rep says this is a pretty widely known problem with these TVs. Wish they would have told me this when I bought it! I brought a pair of ugg boots from this site, upon arrival, unboxed, one of the buttons had already fallen off and most of the others were hanging off, I emailed them to return, asking for a returns address, but all i get is stupid emails asking if i could glue them, give them to a friend or sell them as the cost of returning would be too expensive. The website clearly states that they will refund in full, but funnily enough not one address can be found on this website and convienently the live chat never appears to work. I have little hope of returning these and wouldn't recommend using this company. read full review »

MAWAQIF SCAM
Mawaqif is a company that was established in Abu-Dhabi by the Department of Transport to solve the parking problems in the City.
However, they have taken money from people (800 Dirhams for the 1st car and 1, 200 Dirhams for the second car) and the parking problems are even worst especially for residence of E1.
Mawaqif does not only refuse to enforce the parking rules but they also REFUSE to refund customer’s money for a service they never provide.

I do my banking daily online, , , I had deposited 614.00 to my account on 12/3 . I had 3 charges first one that was pre auth on 12/7 and posted paid on 12/8 for 28.76, .. The second one which shows per their print off page that it was auth on 12/7 for $10.57 time of pre auth was 6:23 pm, this posted payment to merchant (wdl) on 12/8, time was 2:59 pm... The 3rd one was pre auth on 12/7 for $13.60 time 4:15 pm, and (WDL) to merchant on 12/8 time was 4:44 am. The owner of this company also owns a website called stop illegal trucking and posts inncorrect information about competitors of the Yacht transport company. It is obvious that the owner Brooks Gubser, does not like the fact that smaller companies are able to transport boats for less money than he can, so he posts info claming that his competitors are commiting fraud. This company is a online payday loan. All of a sudden there was a ach debit from my account for $100.00, which over drew my checking account. I called the bank and found out who it was. This was US Bank, the representative I spoke with said we had to go on a 3 way call with this company. I was surfing the web, when a window popped up and said i was at risk for a virus on my computer. it said there were 38 infected files. it would not let me open any of the windows and gave me an option of paying 19.95 for security protection on my computer. i gave them my information, and my debit card number and it cleaned out the infected files. but then i tried using my prepaid debit card the next day, and the company had wiped out my account! $99.90 is gone! what do I do? how can i delete the transaction? read full review »

my elderly mother recieved a statement that she had enrolled fir $10, 000 in Disability Accident Insurance coverage charging her $9.95 per month. She has no job nor medical insurance and was certain that she never applied for nor accepted any such insurance. I am in the process of calling off these hounds who prey on the confused and elderly...the charges threw her delicate bank account out of whack and she was stuck with over $200 in overcharges (most of which the bank has since placed back in her account). read full review »

I was out of town and could not check so I said ok. I returned a pair of nikon premier lxl 10 x 42 binoculars, new value about $1000, to the new jersey factory service. That was back in july '10. Despite repeated phone calls, i've been informed that the factory cannot replace the binoculars within a specific time. Placed an order for assorted tobacco products at the end of November. As of this writing, (Dec. 14, 2010), I'm still waiting for delivery. I've been told they needed to clear my payment since they don't take credit cards, which cleared 12/6/2010, but still no delivery. Now they're telling me the items ordered are not in stock & they're waiting for delivery from another location.

Today I received a phone call offering me a $500 dollar walmart gift card. They said they were going to give it to me for being a valued customer. They already had my address and name on file. They said they needed to charge me $1.95 on my credit card for UPS shipping of the gift card...I fell for it ;(

I understand the fact that the nfl and the teams black out games within the 200 mile radius of the nfl team. But I live 425 miles from Denver and am not a Broncos fan, yet when the team of my choosing plays in Denver or at home, the games are blacked out. What a crock of crap. You would think they could look on a map and figure it out, they damn sure know where I live when its billing time. Their anvertisement says, "Every game, Every Sunday", another crock of crap.
