On 1/25/2010 I bought three disney movies. they were advertised as new special additions. the price was just a few dollars cheaper than what I had seen at amazon.com. they advertise 100% customer satisfaction. I felt this website would provide what I needed. I was upset for the following reasons: 1. I ordered the item on 8/23/09 and did not receive it until 9/18/09. 2. Bought a new Epson printer from these crooks it turned out to be second hand not new because there were no inks. When I complained they said that because it was cheap it came with no Epson ink and they supplied their own brand inks, well I put their own brand inks in and it messed the print up.
