What a nightmare. I used freightcenter.com to ship a tanning bed to my location. A technician was hired to crate the bed and drop off at a terminal in California. The company said it wasn't packaged properly. The technician said he would do whatever they wanted to meet their satisfaction. The Greenbriar Station is the worst in Houston. We are having ongoing problems with Greenbriar. Ms. Flanagan, the Greenbriar Station Manager who is abrasive and rude. I've had to go back multiple times for the same thing, it sounded like a good deal but after my 3rd visit, it was just expensive as Geek Squad. The guy kept saying how it's hard because he is a small business, but the sob story only works so much, ya know? Got Game Entertainment is the only website that I have had a problem with in fifteen years of web use and program down loading. Service is inefective and unresponsive.No phone service is available. After down load, the activation key/serial number given will not activate program for use. I requested a good activation key and non was provided in the designated two work day time period.
