The management of this condominium is a total fraud. In checking bank records I noticed a charge of $99. 95. I inquired about the charge from my bank and was told it was from National Platinum Services. I was given a number to call. Prior to this. I have never heard of this company. I called and spoke to a representative who insisted I have filled out an application online and had authorized the charges. I explained to the representative I had never heard of their company and had never filled out an application and felt my informatin had been obtained by them from someone else. I received a gas delivery in early December. I didn't receive a bill. I emailed the company and requested a bill-- no response. We recently brought our 2004 Toyota Camry to Tri State Toyota in Dudley, Ma for a repair to a damaged moon roof in their service department. This hotel refused to give my husband and I a room, not once but twice. I called the "Customer Service" Number for Days Inn, and Flo told me that their was nothing that she could do it was up to the hotel managment. The manager, told me that if I have a complaint to call "Obama at the White House" because he can refuse service to any "american woman" he wants too, because that is his right. Coast to Coast based in AK sub-contracts sales people for different areas of the country to sell their metal buildings--these people do not have any responisiblity other than collecting the deposit. C to C then hires ANOTHER fly by night comp to 'build' the metal structure. They barely built it any better than I could---tons of problems and then C to C cant be reached nor the flybys that made it. They never returned. And worst of all they get away with it.
