For reasons unknown, I received a few text messages from this strange number (23687) which I immediately deleted, only to find out that my cell phone bill had an unauthorized charge of $9.99 on it. I went to take the Keratin Defrizzer treatment costing $340 at Odyssey Hair Design. Earlier when i had inquired about it they said that it would straighten my hair for a period of 6 months. Don't shop at Lenny's! We purchased an Ashley leather reliner sofa plus the 7 year service plan for over $1300. Fifteen months later the sofa started to peel in several areas. The Guardsman service plan would not cover peeling so I went to the Lenny's owner/manager. I showed her photos of the defective areas. She stated that "it was a shame" and offered to put me in touch with a repairman who could come to my home and repair it AT MY OWN COST. We had pool built in 2005, so with a five year warranty it does not help when the pipes under ground start leaking six years after construction.
