While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required. I then saw the same employee grab a broom and begin sweeping the floor while he waited for the fries to finish cooking - and then later return to the fries. I bought a house and the former owner had a water heater rental with Enbridge. The water heater was rusty and it was 9 years old and I wanted to replace it. I was forced by the rental contract to buy it and Enbridge charged me $246 for a 9 years rusty water heater!!! In addition, in the last 5 years the rental monthly price increased over 50%!!! I ordered three robotic vacuums from Sears. They were to come from Unbeatable Sales, a company that Sears endorses. I tried to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it. Both Sears and Unbeatsble Sale refused to allow this. I called each company three times. The vacuums arrived, I refused them. The amount of the sale was $546.38. My Sears credit card was reimbursed $279.84. Unbeatable Sales was allowed to charge me a $266.34 restocking fee. Paid R500 to this company for re-gass, fitting of thermostat and new pipes for my broken fridge. They promise 8 month guarentee on parts and labour. A week later, fridge does not work. First, the movers were careless. Boxes that were clearly marked 'fragile' and 'this side up' were recklessly handled. I saw one mover trying to force a box - marked as above - into a gap. He had turned it on its side and was applying force to it to try squeeze it in. Needless to say, a fair amount of our crockery and a number of our glasses were broken. Our tv was damaged.. I visited Med24 Montana on 7 November 2009 after I fractured my wrist. The medical aid did not pay the account as the ICD10 code Med24 submitted indicated my wrist was sprained, and not fractured. Brusson promised many things, including payment of bond instalments, rates and taxes and pymanet of investor royalties. I ordered two magazines from Tim M on November 10, 2010. He was insistant that I pay cash as he gets more "points" this way. The whole thing is a FRAUD. Do not order from these kids. The items you order are never sent. Trying to get your money back is impossible. If you call you just get an answering machine where you need to leave a message, even their website is no longer active due to misuse.
