These clowns are part of what some car dealers do. They promise you financing and you the customer act in good faith. You give them a deposit when asked. After they lie to you and don't produce, they keep your deposit. This happened to me at Kings Auto Plaza Brooklyn NY. I reported them to the Brooklyn DA, that's when I got my deposit back. Unbelievably, I discovered that my Wachovia bank account was being charged $19.95 per month by Best Benefits. February 14 2011 went to Stone Mountain Toyota get an oil change which would be at no charge as I have a card which gives you the 6th oil change for free. Was told that the oil change could not be done as the oil pan and bolt needed to be replaced. That it was a very serious situation because there was a bad oil leak. The Worx Lithium battery is the pits. It worked for two weeks, then quit. The red light flashed while the battery was on the charger. Was told by tech that battery was defective. Called customer service, was on hold for an hour; finally recieved replacement battery, and I'm now having the same problem. Canty get in touch with customer service..I'm # 106 in line on hold. Bank of America trippled my interest rate without cause and tacked on about $1000 that I did not owe. They would not take payments and insisted on payment in full despite the fact that they knew I was unemployed. I couldn't pay, so they sued me. They used Sessoms and Rogers. Purchased a queen size mattress from Spring Air's "Luxuriance Collection" from the Brick Mattress store in 2007 for around $1500 CAD. 3 years later, it is a complete and utter piece of garbage. Sagging so bad on either side that you practically roll off. A nice hump in the middle. I bought a "certified" pontiac GTO there was a problem with the engine my car has been at the dealership since January 7, 2011 and it is now March 12, 2011. I just bought the car in August 2010. The dealership took the engine apart and rebuilt it but the knock continues. If the car had not been under warrantee, GM would have told me to buy an engine and my car would have been fixed immediately. What ever you do don't use this site. They had a file I wanted to download and they said in order to download this file you have to be a member. They offer a 7 day trial at 1.99. After signing up I could not access that file and there was no way to download it. Now I'm trying to get my 1.99 back and it's possible they will try to charge me reoccurring fees. Pre paid for a one night stay through Expedia.com. Upon checking in I was asked for a credit card to cover "incidentals/ damage". Since our checking account balance was low I asked the clerk twice about being either double charged for the room, or stating tha if there were any additional charges or fees I would pay them in cash.
