I placed a phone order for coins and cancelled the order same day when realized I was over billed. The company confirmed my request for cancellation the same day. Two days later they billed my credit card. I confirmed by phone the order was cancelled and was told customer service would be notified to refund my money for the cancelled, over billed order. They do not let you know what is going on. Talked to the case worker on 5/10/2011 and the doctor was to call and let us know something. As of today 5/13/2011 we have not heard for him. Greystone advertises that it's call center is open 24/7, however when I called them tonight to have an elderly friend's services restored, I received no answer. I called their main number as well as their power outage number at least 10 times. The phone just rang for 6-10 minutes per call. I started calling them at 6:30 pm. We purchased membership to this company in Feb. '10. We have had nothing but customer services issues but most importantly, we've seen none of the savings promised during the sales presentation. When I tried to cancel Income Cloner I could not enter the support site to do so, also I tried to call and all I got was a recording telling me to go to the support site where I was unable to enter. It asked for my email and password but I did not have them so I tried to submit a lost password request but the system kept telling me that no such email is in the system, so I have no way of cancelling and getting my money back. I don't know whose bright idea it was, Security was involved, in coming up w/ these "image" ATMS where it takes a picture of the checks you're depositing. The fools got rid of the regular deposit ATMs at some locations & replaced them w/ these, for what reason, I dunno. There was nothing wrong w/ the deposit ATMs that took your checks in an envelope.
