I was investigating a foreclosure and agreed to submit 1.00 for a one time offer to review foreclosures. I was debited from my debit account 39.40 3 days later (on 15 of the month) for the upcoming month. I contacted them and was charged 4.50 for usage in my state of AL. None of this was authorized and I cannot get any response from the company. I wrote them about my charges and they cancelled my account. I went to Balise Toyota little over a 2 years ago to look at used Tundras only to find the sales staff is not very helpful. Besides being way over priced compared to other Toyota dealers, I found the salesman to be pretty put off. Bad mistake, as I went with my mom who was in the market at the time for new top of the line Lexus.So giving me a hard time over a used $20, 000 Tundra probably costed the dealership a sale on a new Lexus that gores for around $80, 000 or more. Purchased a MTD snow thrower and in two weeks the auger started to crack. After two more uses the crack developed into a two inch C shape tear. An auger should not be made of flexible plastic. This company stole my credit card info, and I never visited their website. I have reported it to CITI bank and had to close my account. I plan on suing MYLife for fraudulent credit card usage and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Massachusetts District Attorney Office. We ordered a dining table and chairs back in March of this year and were assured that it would be in on May 18th, today. When I go to pick it up, because pick up is faster than delivery, there are 4 chairs but no table. I'm told now that the table is on back order and I won't be able to get it until June 30. We purchased a Lane sofa leather covered recliner Summer of 2009. We immediately had problems. The underlying material on the sofa began to 'bunch up' on one side of the sofa. We called our dealer who called Lane to get the problem resolved. I bought a $500 gift card so that my grandson could take a cross-country road trip. He was using it for hotels and gasoline. After a few fill-ups the card wa rejected by a hotel. They could see money available still on the card but it was blocked! Every time he filled up his little 10-gal gas tank (about $30 worth) the card would block off $75 for four days. This Safeway (Harper's Choice) is not a bad store... the lines are always long when I am there but that is not the complaint. For the past two days I have had problems getting logged in to the Weight Watchers website to record my food consumption as part of their on-line weight watchers for men. I called their 800 number and talked to a representative who advised me to get rid on cookies that might be affecting my logon. I used Norton 360 and got rid of 44 cookies, but this did not help. We signed up with a RingCentral's 800 number through a selection within VistaPrint after selecting and improving a custom business card design. We chose our 800 and had it placed on the card. We PAYED through VistaPrint and thought everything was set through our payment. VistaPrint nor RingCentral informs you that your 800 number will be cancelled within a week. They both make you believe through their erroneous descriptions that you have "reserved" the 800 number for your business. Very dishonest, the pictures of bouquets posted on their site are fake. Paid over $100 for a Mother's day bouquet and she received 15 stems of mixed flowers. HonestFlorist.com say if you contact them within 4 days if dissatisfied, they will send another arrangement. Never happened. Beware of the Bob Fitzgerald expired listing program. Bob's sales staff are targeting top producing agents around they country. The sales pitch is that they will call all of the expired seller listings and for sale by owners in your area and set appointments for you. The promise is that you will take 10 listings in 90 days.
