Buyer beware! When ordering on Uglu Website, it is very misleading especially shipping and handling charges. The site does not allow you to review order before submitting. Once submitted the confirmation total of S&H is way more than you had figured. In my case twice which was $44. The postage on the one package marked was under $6.00. Also, the bonus patches promised in the purchase was not included. Calling customer service can be a hassel, most of the time put on hold forever. If your lucky to get customers service they absolutely will not consider any kind of refund. Filed scam report with my Citi MasterCard providing copies of tranactions and website to understand the complaint. Uglu disputed and Citi sided with Uglu reimbursted Uglu. So, beware buying this product...your screwed without any recource. Also, I informed Fox News Channel of the scam practice of Uglu since they seem to promote this product the most and did not received any response from FNC. I guess sponsorship money is more important FNC's integrity. I certainly won't buy anything sponsored by FNC.
