Total Protect Home Service Plan
C. Welch June 17, 2011
It is now June 17th, I have been trying to get my central air conditioning repaired since May 2nd. The Heatint & Air Conditioning Service Total Protect uses, is not only incompetent they are also dishonest. I have called Total Protect several times to complain, and there response was they can only go by what the US Heating & Air tells them. We have been without air conditioning in 96 to 100 degree weather for over a month now. We have had to purchase window units for the bedrooms so we can sleep at nights. Three units at $150. each, the... read full review »

Bankers Warranty
elradsm June 16, 2011
We bought barcode scanners with Bankers Warranty extended warranty agreement. Called to report one of them is not working. Got the royal runaround for days by phone, email. They did everything possible to wear me down and not stand by their agreement. Finally I gave up. Luckily the cost of the warranty was minuscule and we were changing to different scanner because of unrelated reasons, so I feel lucky compared to the hundreds of people that are really SOL. One last thing that is important. Bankers Warranty offers their fake warranties under a... read full review »

RCN bait and switch my offers. Now they stripped all my services down to nothing to get me the price I should be paying at 84, but still bills me from $135-$164 per month. Says I will get credits since August 2010 for all these months and nothing happens. I'm told it's done and I should see it. I just got another AMEX bill today for $135. I emailed the corp office, I called corp and nothing. Can we get a class action suit against them? read full review »

I had my dad take my car in for a simple brake job (had a coupon for discounted work) which should also involve turning the rotors, after dad brought the car home he said there is something wrong with the car which meant taking my car back to the store on East Brainerd Road. I took the car back to them a few days later and told them its still not right, even at 60+ MPH down the interstate, and they drove it around the block and (don't you love a bunch of liars) tell me that its not my brakes shaking, its my flat spotted tires doing... read full review »

Had a fraudulent charge done by Click Sales Inc to my American Express. Did a chargeback with Amex. Beware of Click Sales Inc, as they seem to buy stolen credit card numbers and then make charges on them. Because not most people will deny the charges, Click Sales Inc comes out ahead every month on the money charged fraudulently versus the chargebacks from people complaining to their cards for the fraudulent charges. read full review »

The new digital meter racks up Kw hours that are not being used. Have had circuits tested to see if anything is running aground and all testing indicates nothing is beyond microamperage. Have not run any appliances or changed anything that would cause this to happen but monthly bills have gone from 80.00 dollars to 350.00 and even as high as 475.00. We signed on with Auctions for Income to help make money to support our family. What they don't tell you, is that what you pay upfront isn't everything you pay. Even after asking questions, which we thought we asked correctly about other costs, we were lead to believe that the $5000 we paid for their training would be the cost. WRONG!!! That is only for the online training, which you do on your own. If you need extra phone help from their teams, other than the 6 weeks of phone calls you get for $5000, you have to pay more money.
