We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa. We were told that this is the most resistant material and that it would withstand all sorts of damage and not get scratched or dented. I just received a wreath that I ordered from Heart of Heaven and I am very disappointed that it is not all dried florals as you advertised and it is not anywhere as elegant and pretty as the picture on the internet. Stay away from this site if you are ordering from outside the US! The sizes are erroneous (deadly .. example : a 29 fits a 34) and then .. the return policy : more than one month to have your return handled, no refund for most of the items, which leaves you with having to purchase items you do not want to use your balance. Virgin Mobile kept my family without any phone service at all for FIVE days and nights. The sprint account I was still paying on was cut off completely on the first of the month and the VM phones could not be activated until the 5th, when I finally found someone at VM customer service who knew what he was doing. I went in to have a cavity filled. The people in the front were too busy talking about what amusement park they were going to visit or about how to talk their way out of getting speeding tickets. My gas was turned off Friday for "failure to comply with the meter move out program" (Which I perfer not to participate in but it looks like I have no choice). I do understand it is my fault for not calling in time to cancel the appointment that was apparently scheduled for me and so I did everything I was told to do, including paying $50 for somebody to come turn my gas back on and signing an agreement that I would schedule a day for the move-out.
