Alert Pay is horrible and has no remorse! I attempted to make a purchase and pay through alertpay. Each time my card returned declined. When in fact I was charged twice. While being walked through the transaction by a male employee I asked him in detail to make sure that I wasn't being charged more than once. He said I wasn't. I called the next day after seeing my bank statement and the multiple charges. I spoke to a very rude manager named Alma and informed her that my bank needed a document releasing the hold on my account along with her signature. She stated that she could give it to me verbally but not on paper. We were on a three way with the bank and the teller informed her that it was bank procedure and she needed it faxed. After about 30 minutes of arguing and trying to convince Alma that Alert Pay was wrong and they took funds they weren't supposed to, she finally agreed to releasing the funds and writing the letter. The teller then lastly informed her that she needed a signature and Alma declined and said she couldnt do it-ALL OVER AGAIN!!! She then said oh well, you will have to wait 3-5 business days to try to get your funds back. The teller informed her it depends it may take longer than that and she did not care. Each time, I have tried to reach them I was left on hold for about 30 minutes!!! The call was conveniently droppe etc. Alert Pay was horrible, they take money without a conscious and I will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
