Last week my husband and I ate dinner and had a mixed drink at Chili's, a newly opened restaurant in our area. Our food was good, but the drink was terrible...all the salt on the rim of my glass dissolved into the raspberry drink, making it taste terrible! We took our new 2005 Saturn relay to the dealership for an oil change. We live 3 1/2 hours away in a small town in the mountains. On the way home it wouldn't drive any faster than 45 mph. We arrived home late that night. Next day when I backed out of the garage I saw oil on the garage floor. I called Saturn and they advised me to take it to a garage in our town. We did. My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle on Saturday July 1, 06 and had a salesperson ask us for our credit card to "seal the deal". We had NEVER heard of such a thing and left shortly after to go purchase our vehicle at O'Brien Toyota. Where do I start? Since I have moved into this apartment it has been bug infested, run down and pretty much uninhabitable--- AND RATS . I am paying $959 a month for a two bedroom to live under the rule of a "slum lord." With reference to the above, when I am booking for the supply of gas cylinder on 28/06/06 the Distributor’s officials denied supply. The reason they told, I have not taken supply for the past 1 and half a month or so. This is because they are denying the supply. This was my second experience with After Hours Formalwear and will be the LAST time. Both times were with the Smith Haven Mall (Long Island) store. In late March 2006, I called A&E Factory Service about my 4-year-old Roper/Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, which was no longer cooling properly (it was about 50-60 degrees in the refrigerator, and 20-30 in the freezer). I took my car in to be repaired fro a “steering wheel lock malfunction”. 6 weeks later they could not correct the problem. I found out that they charged me $600 for rewiring that the Saab dealership did not even do. Evidently they hired an outside person to do it, without consent. All of the paperwork stated that the dealership rewired the car. They could not correct the problem and refused to repair my car. I ordered a garage from them 10 weeks ago, march 28, 2006, with a 10% deposit. 6 weeks later, it was installed on 5/13/2006, a day late, and without installing the 10x8 foot garage door. The movers showed up late. Later on in the day, the man in charge demaned a tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. He asked me to go to the bank. I told him that I had no transportation. I had to leave early to return to Georgia. As soon as I left the man in charge told my Mother that I authorized her to give them a tip. I did not. Gratuties not tips, are given at the end of a service. Not during. The men then slowed down there pace and left the apartment without all of my Mother's furniture. Bought jag 2006 xj8, new, two months ago. Filled tank with gas, drove into garage, smelled gas and saw gasoline spilling onto floor. Fire department came and rolled car out of garage as gasoline poured from car. Jag service said fuel pump seals failed and replaced with same type of seal. Jag customer service and Jag dealer would not guarantee this would not happen again. I am petrified to drive car. It is a FACT that my jag is not the only 2006 XJ8 that this is happen too. After paying for the KAZAA Music Downloads (www.mykazaamusic.com) service - I was able to use the program for 1 weekend then all kinds of crazy things went wrong-viruses on my computer; can’t download need to update cookies, all kinds of other messages would appear when trying to get to the music. I purchased a Seiko watch in May, which quit working in June. I paid over $300 for this watch, now they are saying I must have the original packaging in order to return the watch for a service guarantee repair. Since I have owned several Seiko watches and none of them quit working in a couple of months, it never occured to me to save the box. If you cannot handle this complaint, who should I go to? On 23 March 2006, I purchased two Avon tires from ABE Cycles that Abe indicated were new tires. As it turns out, it seems that Abe has a very large supply of tires that appear to have been stored in the dank and dark for an unknown amount of time and are not as new as Abe would like you to believe. He said 'It's in the truck' and walked away. I've had both hips replaced and numerous back problems and that ercked me. I switched from home depot to Lowes' because of thier customer neglect. The Pet Department was filled with cages of dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, etc. They were all sleeping. I clapped at their cages trying for a response from an animal. This is one of those outrageous early termination fee compaints. Had $15.99 internet scheduled in July for one year. I lived in Indiana until that May of 2006, at which time I moved to Ohio. Since AT&T did not cover Ohio I had to terminate my service 4 months early of the contract. So of course they sent me a $200.00 early termination fee bill. Do the math and you might realize something doesn't add up. For 4 months at $16.00 there would only have been a bill of $64.00. My parent's home was reroofed after a hail storm in 1995. I moved back in and inherited the home in 1999. The roofing warranty says nothing about being invalid if deed is transfered. It leaks terribly and I have been trying to locate KC Construction Services, Inc. since we moved back in. Even though they are listed with the BBB, on the internet and phonebook, they do not exist here in Texas. The roof has a 20 year warranty . We took our 1997 Mercury Mountaineer to Firestone service center at 14089 New Halls Ferry Rd. for brakes, we were told that we needed a left front hub assembly. This is a two wheel drive Mountaineer and has no hub assembly. I knew that and anyone putting brakes on would see that while installing brakes. We were told that it would cost $333.40 to have repaired. I had the service person put brakes on and no other repair. T-mobile wireless service: Received new Samsung phone when I renewed contract for 2 yrs. Phone not working well. Since it was more than 15 days later, store told me to send phone back to co. & would receive replacement for only $15 postage. Salesman looked at my phone at that time. I did received another phone only to be billed $106.00 for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me my phone had been "liquid damaged". I bought a sofa set from Levitz furniture (14640 NE 24th St, Bellevue, WA) on June 4, 2006 and paid in full on the same date. It took them a month to deliver all the items. I have had access to my direct-deposited funds on the same day, but the online banking is a big problem. It is true that you cannot know your actual balance online, particularly if you use the debit card. It seems the balance only reflects a nominal portion or maybe a percentage of the actual amount debited and it won't post the full amount or where it went to until 2-3 days later.
