My parent's home was reroofed after a hail storm in 1995. I moved back in and inherited the home in 1999. The roofing warranty says nothing about being invalid if deed is transfered. It leaks terribly and I have been trying to locate KC Construction Services, Inc. since we moved back in. Even though they are listed with the BBB, on the internet and phonebook, they do not exist here in Texas. The roof has a 20 year warranty . Now I cannot get insurance because of mold and mildew and cannot sell our home. My den ceiling is ruined.
