In April of 2006 I purchased 6 ATV's from a SUNL dealer thru EBAY. This dealer, who I will not name, has been so very helpful. I have no complaints at all about him. He has sent me box after box of parts for free. What absolutely floors me, is how incredibly poorly these things are made. My kids are all average sized, ranging from 6 yrs old to 11 yrs old. I had been a Wellness Plan client at Banfield Pet Hospital in Oxnard, CA for over two years when I decided to cancel the plan. I was told to come into the Banfield to pay the last two months and that vaccinations were due for my dog at which time I could cancel the plan. I have been a customer with Fifth Third bank for almost 2 years and I never used to call their customer service until today. I called them at around 1030 pm EST. I had to wait for almost 17 minutes until I got a live person. Her name was Cynthia and was talking so fast with the initial greeting. My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus, Georgia. We left the car lot feeling certain that we were the owners of a new car and that they were taking our trade in - a 2004 Ford Taurus. I had previously listed a complaint about Fairfield Resorts and had thought the matter had been "settled" but just found out today that it was a complete lie from one of their representatives. Autumn Argus promised to ship a Sphynx cat to me in the UK under the passports for Pets scheme. I was told by Barbara that she had shipped to the UK before and she would get the blood tests started. My compliant is that I have a 05 FAT BOY and it uses oil. I called Harley-Davidson customer service and they advised me that it was normal and within specs that new Harley's use one quart of oil every 1500 miles. I feel Harley-Davidson should tell the customer that their new bike more than likely will be using oil. I sure would not buy a new vehicle if I know it will be using oil!!! DAS Auto Shippers took delivery of my car and guaranteed to deliver the car from Phoenix to Boston in 7 to 9 days. The car arrived after 3 weeks with the following damage: the speedometer and odometer had been disconnected, which leads us to believe the car was stolen and driven. All of the windows were left open during shipment and the car traveled through very bad weather and rain. It's now 12 days later and all i received is an email apologizing for the delay. Still, they haven't given me a tracking order to prove that my order has been shipped. Each company debited my account monthly (every two weeks) 16.95 with out my knowledge or consent. After talking to a cus. ser. rep. I have determined I will have a very hard time getting a full refund. I have cancelled my debit card but was assured I would receive creditwithin a week. We put up their ads and they promised to get back to us but didn't. By the time we realised we had lost around $300 by placing their ads. It turns out they use this technique to get free advertising and apparently have no intention of ever paying for ad placement. Like obviously many before I ordered Hoodiaxs from CJ Industries - the trial for $3.99. Even though their terms and conditions tell you that they will autoship after the first trial it also says that within 30 days you can cancel the order. I have been a customer of Alltel for 9 years. I recently changed plans, and soon after received a bill from ALLTEL. The bill was a partial bill had I had changed prior to the bill cycyle ending. My case specialist has discontinued returning my phone calls about the progression of my case. Even after all services have been paid in full! Better business bureau has 134 complaints over 3 years, of which only 79 have been resolved completely, as of june 15, 2006! Most issues are in regards to contract disputes and customer service issues. I would not recommend anyone to use the services of this company based on my own personal experience of poor service! We were told we could install it ourselves, but elected to pay the fee to have it done by a professional technician. The earliest date for installation was 8 days later. After seeing very low prices for a Canon EOS 5D I called three sites trying to place an order. 2 of them, Royal Camera and CCI immediately aknowledged the camera advertised was actually a gray market item and not intended for sale in the USA. I received a collection notice from National Credit Audit Corp. Regarding a possible magazine subscription with Conde Nast Traveler. Our company has no knowledge of this subscription and could not contact a human being at the collection agency.
