Best Cleaners lost a pair of my suit pants. They returned my tan suit jacket with someone else's dark blue suit pants. I just received a letter from Galaxy Credit, PO Box 5628 Peoria, AZ 85385-5628. They are requesting $30.00 for a subscription to Discover magazine. I already have a subscription with Discover, I spoke to Discover and they have not heard of Galaxy or United Magazine Service Inc. I bought a Moonlight Design wedding dress Lady Hamilton in July 2006. A beautiful satin silk organza dress. However, when the dress finally did arrive, it had strong and unmistakably yellow overtones. This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. This is to report the pathetic experience I have had with Sunnyvale travels. A couple of weeks ago I needed to book a ticket to India. At the time of booking, I was advised to fly via Cathay Pacific as it was supposed to be cheaper and have the same level of experience as Singapore Airlines. Also it was informed that the flight could easily be rescheduled. However, later on when I actually needed to reschedule the flight, I was told that it cannot be done on all days as the airlines only flies on 3 days of the week and not every day. This story now is 3 months and running. I paid my Sprint Bill in July and August directly from my bank and Sprint couldn't find my payments. After 5+ hours and a half dozen calls they said my bank had to fax them proof so they could find it. Mean time cutting my service. The Bank fax did twice since they told them the wrong procedure. Service was restored. A month later I get billing statement saying they found the money and I had a credit. I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. I called Time-Warner from a payphone (Friday) and they said that they would have someone come out and fix it Tuesday. We stayed at the Springfield, IL KOA. It was a nightmare. During our stay we were sitting at the table in our camper and I turned off the Air Conditioner as I was talking on my cellphone. They bought or merged with the company I used for a commercial rental building several months before I sold my building and cancelled my account and I can't get rid of them. Since their inception there has been a steady noise that gets louder upon occation. It is a steady hum that never ends. When it gets louder, you can hear it through the closed windows even more. I talked with them a few times in the beginning and was always told they were correcting the problem. It did get quieter for a bit, then louder, then quieter, then louder. You get the gist. I was offered a $1 deal through Comfort Suites for Travelers Advantage Club and was to receive discounts for Comfort Suites and free gas amounting to $40. This was a 90 day deal and I would have the opportunity to cancel before 90 days with no extra charges. I never received any correspondence from this company and then was charged $99.99 on my credit card. I had forgotten about these people because they never contacted me at all. What a scam. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. I owed $400-some to my dentist who referred me to GE Money. The doc said that whatever I owe, I could pay off in 12 months with no interest, same as cash. I just divided the total by 12 months and sent the first payment in. Now I received a statement on which they charged me the finance charge. When I called their customer service, I was told that 12-month same-as-cash applies only to the amount of at least $1000. Well, this is not what I was told by my dentist.
