Just a warning to those doing some last minute christmas card ordering online at Target.com. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure the location you choose for pickup can accommodate your order. We placed our order 3 days ago for a set of xmas cards, 1 hour processing time. ADT Insurance Co. Offered me $25,500 +/- on a Two story building that was Insured for $223,000. Personal Property $220,000. Loss of Use $74,500. ADT stalled and delay settling for over one year that I had to give it to a Law firm to try and receive a fair settlement in or out of Court. In this area most comparable buildings the replacement cost is double. or almost $500,000. I needed a place to live because the Building Inspector condemned the building. I was referred to an Endocrinologist by my primary physician for symptoms which she could not explain. When Dr. Mandry came into the room, I had given him a list of my symptoms, which he rapidly read through, and then began criticizing me. He began claiming that I needed to see a psychologist for a stress-related issue and that I was making it all up in my head. I was pleading for help and he was telling me to get my head checked. We bought this time share 11/11/06. We tried to cancel the contract within the recession period & was told we can but will lose all our deposit. In spite of the documentation we have at hand, the salesperson insisted that the document does not apply to us. We felt trapped & helpless. We figured that's the end of that. I was not quite 2 months behind on my auto payment. Someone called my job every day to remind me that i had a payment due. I asked them not to call my new employer. They kept calling. We purchased a car in 2001 with financing from a local lender. During the course of the loan, the loan was purchased by Citifinancial Auto. The final payment was due in August 2006. Our normal monthly payment was approx. $350. In August we were informed the final payment would be approx. $1300. Certegy is used by companies such as Sun Glass Hut and Walgren's for check review during purchase. Certegy uses incompetent methods do determine the validity of a check despite the validity of a check, the checking account or the bank. What Certegy denies is approved by another check service vendor on the same day. Writing checks to pay-as-you-go v. charging everything on cards is punished by Certegy.I need info on how to force change on Certegy so that check purchases are properly dealt with. We bought a Pavilion DV 1000 from HP in August of 2005. My daughter used this laptop for college work for about 9 months. Checked my receipt from the drive thru window at McDonald's, it listed a tax of 17 cents for carry out. Never heard of a carry out tax sounds like someone has created a new form of taxing.I guess that lazy people are being singled out for discrimination. The service I have received from the local rep has been deplorable. I have asked them to reclaim the system and refund my money many times. I have contacted the Local BBB and they have forwarded my complaint and have had no response. On Dec. 4 I very excitedly ordered a Ceiva Digital Photo Receiver as a Christmas present for my mother, who lives several hours away. They remodeled my kitchen 2 years ago, and the work was shoddy, sloppy and they refused to acknowledge their errors. I had 7 kitchen cabinet glass doors installed, and because of an error they made in placing the hinges, the doors were attached in a manner that was jury-rigged and much less sturdy than they were originally. United Magazine Service, Inc. called me, and wanted to sell me 3 years of a magazine for a really good deal, and they wanted me to give them my credit card number over the phone. Since they called me, I told them to send me an invoice, and I would mail them a check. (How am I supposed to know if they are legit or not?) I booked Air Deccan flight from Bangalore to Chennai, unfortunately the amount got transferred twice from my account to Air deccan. As per the Air deccan policy it should be refunded within 14 days. I registered complain about the incident and i got the complaint number also. But still my money is not refunded. The return policy for this site is located under "HELP" and is very bad...they have a no return policy... They will not even exchange sizes. You can only find this out by clicking on "HELP" at the top of page. They hide this very well by doing it this way and when contacted they then don't tell you it is under help that is on every page. I believe that an employee of Meritage Homes has stolen $7,000 of valuables from my house, of which most is irreplaceable. I believe this is due to the negligence of Meritage Homes Management. I recently dealt with Forzieri (an on-line retailer) to buy a pair of Monk Strap shoes. I went out of my way to have my foot measured so that I would know my size. Forzieri said the shoes came large and suggested I get a size smaller, they did not fit. The shoes were so large that I went down another 2 sizes and they were still too large. After several months of corresponding with this Hong Kong-based seller, I was instructed to return the helicopter for a refund. I did so at the end of October.
