SunL Hanma R6
January 12, 2007
Purchased SUNL Hanma R6 December 22, 2007... Given as Christmas gift to 6 year old 54 pound (24.49 kg) grandson. He received gift on December 26th. The recommended inspection before riding was completed on December 24th per the checklist in the owners manual. In addition to pre-ride inspection all bolts and nuts were checked for tightness. One bolt was found missing in rear muffler hanger and a number of bolts were loose. The nuts that attach the muffler to the engine head were loose and also tightened. eFax.com
January 12, 2007
I signed up for an efax service at eFax.com. The company began charging my credit card monthly without my permission, and refused to stop until I threatened legal action. I notified the Better Business Bureau and found that eFax.com had 135 BBB complaints logged within the past 36 months. In addition, the BBB publicly states, concerning eFax.com: "We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in... read full review »

Kawasaki Jetski
January 12, 2007
Not the location of the dealer I was trying to get the part from, but this pricing by Kawasaki is unjustified. I intended to order a RUBBER PAD (actually a side rail pad, made of plasticized rubber and is meant to be riveted to the hull) at a dealership. The Jetski is a 2003 KAWASAKI 800 SX-R and the part number is: 39156A, PAD, DECK FIN, LH, BLACK. Now keep in mind that this is just a piece of rubber - IT COST 482.00 !!! I almost lost my mind. I would have paid 100.00 for it, and that would have been twice as much as it should... read full review »

My husband and I have been Providian Mastercard Customers for a long time and have always paid our bill on time with the convenience of online payment. Now they have apparently sold the Providian customers to another company, and we are supposed to be able to set up online accounts at yourcardaccount.com what a joke. It doesn't exist, or it gets rerouted or an error message comes up. What in the world is going on? This sucks!!! Susan Dearborn, MI read full review »

Manhattan Credit Card Closure
January 12, 2007
This is just to bring to notice the difficulty I had to undergo when I tried to close my credit card. 1. As soon as I would tell that I want to cancel the card some verification would be done and then the call would be terminated. 2. If lucky to pass the first hurdle I would be asked the reason for termination- I would say I am moving out of the country, that would be taken as a request for an international credit card. Since my company would be providing me with one( and otherwise it should my discretion) they would tell me the... read full review »

January 12, 2007
I ordered 30 cans of gourmet salmon and tuna from Dave's Albacore in Santa Cruz, Ca. When the box arrived (in perfect condition), and I opened it, I found 26 cans were dented. When I called to tell them and to ask for a re-shipment, they said, "We don't ship dented cans!" I was surprised at their tone, but calmly said, "Okay ..... but nevertheless, they are dented." They told me it was the fault of UPS - that the UPS man must have a man named "Larry" told me that the UPS workers re-packed them. He said they do... read full review »

In 02/10/06 my husband and I went to the store Helen's Cycles in Manhattan Beach, with the intent to buy a wicket basket to use in my bicycle. The vendor, Mr. SHAWN, told us they haven't any in the store at that day, but he could order one if we wanted to. We agreed and he showed us a catalog so we could pick one of the models. After we chose the basket I wanted, the vendor saw in the computer that another Helen's Cycles store had the basket we wanted in their inventory. So he asked them to send it to his store. Motherhood Maternity
January 12, 2007
Two days after Christmas I went into the Motherhood Maternity Store at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, Georgia. I spent a little time browsing around and came a really cute dress on a clearance rack. The first one I picked up happened to be my size and the price tag said $12.99. I loved it and the price was right so I made a beeline to the dressing room to try it on and see how it looked. I was very excited that I had found something that fit well and at a great price so I took it up to the desk to pay. As the, I assume, manager began to... read full review »
