Aflac has received not only payments from my checks at work, but also claimed these payments weren't made though checks were cashed. So I paid the bill they sent in the mail. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services. Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. We visited an Applebee's the other evening and were very discouraged by the service we received. We arrived around 7:30pm and were seated promptly from there the service went down hill. At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. I brought my 1988 Honda Accord into the Seaford, DE Wal-Mart for an oil change. At the time my car was presented to them, it had no oil leaks. I didn’t notice anything when I got back in the car after it was serviced, but I really wasn’t looking either. I am (was) a customer of wells fargo bank in lewiston idaho for about 15 years. My son cashed a check there for $450.00 and it bounced. Without any notification they put that amount on his debit card which overdrew. It was approx 9 days later we were notified by mail the check bounced. There is a group in Colorado that is placing thousands of harassing (abandoned) calls to consumers. Basically, they'll call you up to 20 times per day as part of a telemarketing effort which they are paid for by Sylvan, DeVry, Global Knowledge, CCI, Florida Metro University, etc. What they do, they can do legally for 30 days - so be prepared for a lot of harassment. Bill Newmann, and Classic House Furniture are horrible to do business with. It's an online store, but based in New Jersey. He is very dishonest and will not follow through on promises. He'll tell you anything to make a sale. My six week wait time and $400 delivery charge for a bed, turned into five months and a $544 charge. Kyocera, through Verizon, sold me a phone with a defect that I did not discover until after I had been using the phone for a year. The defect prevents the phone from recharging except when on a special cradle. I called Kyocera to get help, and they said it was Verizon’s problem. Verizon would not provide any help. This is a problem these assholes should be able to fix easily, but they refuse. I will never do business with these sons of a bitch again.
