ITunes service will allow you to purchase items that are already in your purchase history. In this case all but two episodes of a sitcom were purchased - I believed I was purchasing a season pass for the upcoming season when in fact I purchased a season pass for something (for the most part) I already own. We bought our home in Williams, Arizona in 2003. Shortly before that, the sewer main on our street had been replaced – and unbeknownst to us, the City had failed to reconnect our line to it! I also had a horrible experience! I was suckered into this by being told I was entered into a draw and that I won a vacation package. I unfortunately signed up, but was lucky enough to realize my mistake in time and asked for a refund 1 hour after signing up. I got the run around for over a week, first being told that my package would be canceled promptly, and later being told that there were absolutely NO REFUNDS. Maine Supply shipped defective equipment. When asked for return shipping costs before returning defective unit for replacement, seller ignored question. When again questioned, seller finally returned email stating "we don't pay return shipping". I found that to be odd considering I had paid my shipping costs up front for a working unit. There is another complaint logged against this company that describes how the company accepts internet orders, but then requires you to call to confirm the order with a sales person. He photographs car shows from Minnesota to Indy to Florida, doing on site pictures. We discovered he betrayed his wife through porn and lies, and abandoned her after only two months of marriage. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services. Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. We visited an Applebee's the other evening and were very discouraged by the service we received. We arrived around 7:30pm and were seated promptly from there the service went down hill. This company is absolutely unfair in their lack of exchange policies. I recently purchased a 254.00 wig due to chemotherapy need. The color is completely unacceptable and no one in their right mind would wear it. I only want to EXCHANGE for a more suitable color and perhaps even more expensive wig. Best Buy sold me a replacement contract for my son’s ipod. They said it would replace the unit “no matter what”. Untrue, when I called the 800 number on the contract I was told by a third party representative that BB no longer honors any replacements of items valued over $300. They will only try and fix it. Went to new Long John Silver's Restaurant and bought take out meal. Girl taking order was nice, got to window to receive meal and they make us wait, (very few people there). The meal was sitting on counter for several minutes. When we got home, just a five minute ride, opened the box and fries were cold. They were thrown in the bottom with the fish on top. Fish was not cooked and when upon opening slaw container it appeared that someone had already eaten some of it. I have been living at my current residence for 2 yrs. In that time I have had trouble with my whirlpool hot water heater, which is still under warranty, three times. You know those sites, which sell products and have no responsibility of what they sell. Their motto is "we sell it, you buy it, we get your money and hell with your satisfaction". This is how Speedypin functions. I purchased prepaid phone card STi Free from their site. The card acted weird, minutes were disappearing even without taking. When I made calls, I was charged 4 times more than I've talked in reality. I contacted both carrier reps and sellers.
