Poor quality
Every product I purchased for calling a cell phone in Taiwan has been horrible quality. I would get exactly 3 minutes of talk time and then it would disconnect. This occurred with every access phone # I've tried. Despite the name of the different calling cards, every card I purchased had the same list of access phone #s and same recording (men's voice with brittish accent). When I call it works fine for 3 minutes and then disconnects. Each time this occurs I am penalized by a service fee. Do not use speedypin it is a ripoff & will just cause you endless frustration.

Does not work with VoIP Home service
When you buy a phone card the purpose is to use it. They need to make sure they put boldy on their website that it does not work if you do not have a VoIP. So if you have Magic Jack, Vonage, Lingo, or any other type of internet based/ digital phone service you will not be able to use it and they felt no reason to refund my money. Their only reason was becasue if the cusotmer has a VoIP it will not work. Did not offer any other type of resolution. Needlessly to say that the representative hung up on me and did not even call me back. Very poor cusotmer service as I called back I dont know how many times, got their voice mail, and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!

not as advertised/bad service/everything else you can think of
i bought a $20 calling card to south africa. it advertised 8.9 cents a minute and for $20 i was getting 232 minutes. i spoke for 56 minutes and then got disconnected. when i tried to use the card again, it said i had insufficient balance. i called speedypin support and they said they'll fix the problem. 30 minutes later, i tried the card again and it said i have $6 credit. say what???? i did the calculations and 56 minutes at 8.9 cents a minute is approximately $5. i called their customer support again and a lady said they'll fix it again. the next day, i tried the card again and it still said $6. i called their support for a 3rd time and spoke to a lady named Cecilia. she apologized and all that crap and said it's not right. they have a log that said i only used 56 minutes so she'll send the report to the techs to fix it. of course, today i tried the card again and it's at $7. so basically, i paid $20 to use $13 worth of minutes. what a great deal eh?
don't buy from them, don't trust them... as customers we need to make sure they stay out of business for ripping people off.

Fraudulant Billing
I purchased a Just Call calling card from SpeedyPin.com. I intended to use it to make calls to Mexicali, Mexico. The site stated that the specific rate to landline calls to that city was $.019 per minute. I made several calls and didn't keep exact track of minutes used and balance. I became low on funds and attempted to recharge the card. they told me that since I was a first time user that they would have to contact me within 12 hours to verify my identity. I thought fine, better safe than sorry. I then proceeded to use my remaining $2.44 to place a call to a landline in Mexicali, Mex. The call lasted 32 minutes and 31 seconds, including the time it took for me to enter my PIN and dial the number. At the end of this 32:31 call, I checked my balance again. I had $.68 remaining. A quick calculations told me that I had been charged $.055 per minute or nearly 3 times the stated rate. I then promptly sent them an email telling them to refund my purchase and credit my Paypal account. I will let you know what happens with that. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD> STAY AWAY!!

Stay away
So after looking through hundreds of sites for a calling card, I decided on SpeedyPin.com. Bad idea.
My calling card was completely unusable. The call quality made it utterly impossible to talk.
I know that they don't make the cards that they sell, but there's absolutely no excuse for selling such useless products. And everything they sell is nonrefundable, so you're completely out of luck unless you take the time to read the company's big list of disclaimers before hand.
They ignored every attempt I made at asking for a refund or a change of card, from one that I couldn't even use one minute of. Now I have hundreds of useless minutes remaining.
Maybe actually have some decent products on their site, but don't even bother with the ones that seem a good deal. You won't have a second chance to change to a better card. They'll give you no warning that the product is UNUSABLE.
If you're looking to buy a pin calling card, make sure it's at least from an honest company by checking if there are complaints on this site. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Terrible experience!
My complaint is about everybody else complaining about SpeedyPin. I have been buying my phone cards at Speedypin.com for much longer than most everybody posting here. Yes, I have also tried many other phone card websites and have found good cards elsewhere. But, guess what? Nobody I used before guarantees their cards. SpeedyPin does guarantee their phone cards. As a matter of fact, I can't recall ever seeing any other company promoting a REAL guarantee on their phone cards. Well these guys/gals do and that should really tell you something.
I agree with one comment I read that stated while not perfect (WHAT COMPANY IS PERFECT? NONE ARE! EXACTLY!) SpeedyPin.com lives up to their Phone Card Guarantee. Until they give me a reason to go elsewhere (which I doubt will happen), I will continue to buy my phone cards at SpeedyPin.com.

Scammed!
DO NOT PURCHASE calling cards from SPEEDYPIN.COM (AKA SEEDYpin).
It is a total rip-off. I purchased a $20 international card from them and have actually made a 10 minute call which was dropped. I have tried over and over to call the same number and cannot make connection. My balance drops each time I try to make the call. I have 6 dollars left on it and have only actually used it for 10 minutes. I can, however, call the same number on my other calling card I purchased at Walgreens EACH AND EVERY time I dial the number. I have contacted speedypin by phone... the customer service number listed rarely answers your call. I got lucky once and they did answer and they did not help at all. They told me to call customer service number of the actual card I purchased from them which was STI MUCHACHO. So I called STI, they did not help either. They gave me a very small "partial credit" back to my card, which now has been eaten up all over in further attempts to use the card. I have sent emails which they do not respond back to you. I have made many calls and either A. NO ANSWER or B. NO RESOLUTION.
They should be a class action lawsuit. Be sure to file a complaint on SPEEDYPIN with the FCC. Now that i have voiced my complaint, I can only assume the next step speedypin will make it the CUT AND PASTE response from the company as I have read in response to other complaints. BLAH BLAH BLAH. What crooks!

This company is a fraud!
Speedypin.com is a terrible and unreliable company. They will rip you off and their support is useless. They take more money from your account than necessary and overcharge for every call you make.
Do not pend your money on this service. I am extremely frustrated with s'peedypin.com' and will never ever use them again. Please do not make the same mistake I made. This company should not be doing business and I consider them a fraud.
Sincerely,
Toby.

No customer service!
Speedypin.com has now promised me for three days in a row that they will "credit" my PIN number with the amount due me. It still hasn't happened. The first day they promised the credit will take up to 24 hours because they are busy. The 2nd day, they were having trouble with their own phone system. Today, their computer is not working properly.
FUNNY! It seems that their computer is working well enough to take more orders over the internet. Just not well enough to actually deliver the goods they promised. I suspect that my $$$$ has been completely stolen by this unscrupulous company.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY -- SPEEDYPIN.COM -- WHICH ALSO OPERATES UNDER THE NAME -- EFULLFILLMENTPARTNERS.COM --
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

Rip off!
I've contacted their supposed "100% Guaranteed" customer service line... They can't (or won't) remedy my problem. I called the UK cell phone (for which I supposedly get charged $0.09/min rounded to the nearest 3minutes). The phone was "off" and I got the recording from the cell phone service... total elapsed phone call time: <1 minute. For this, my SPEEDYPIN.COM balance was deducted $1.42.
Customer support keeps telling me they've referred the problem to their tech team. Ironically, most of the time when I start complaining to customer support, suddenly the reps say they can't hear me. There's a problem with the phone line... Funny, I can hear them not solving my problem just fine... And, this from a "telecommunications" company. What a joke!
Later, I tried my phone call to the UK cell phone again. Before my party answered, the phone card claimed I could talk for 46 minutes on my $4.38 balance. I talked for less than 17 minutes according to my stopwatch. Now, my phone card claims there are no funds on it. That works out to over 25 cents per minutes! Remember their website claims 9 cents per minute.
My $20 phone card (200+ minutes) is now empty after less than 80 minutes of talk.
