TimeLife.com / Reservations Rewards
February 9, 2007
After deducting money for a cd i ordered, not only did Time Life deduct more funds, unauthorized from my account, but also from their website, another co. "Reservations Rewards" is now deducting out of my account and tells me my "membership" that i was not ever exposed to any info. about, was initiated and this is what funds taken out of my account are for. This to me is a wake up call, and i would like everyone to be aware of their ability to do this. Now my bank wants to show them respect by letting them have the "opportunity" to correct" this. I can not put into words how violated I feel. read full review »

Doors not installed correctly. Both doors slam when closed. Holes in screen of both doors. We called Oasis Aluminum, Inc. located in Orlando, Fl numerous times during warranty with their failure to comply. Now we are passed the year warranty and was told the company is not responsible for holes in screen. After checking the doors that slam closed the company owner says that is their quality of work and found nothing wrong with the doors. read full review »

General Electric Microwave Oven
February 9, 2007
I recently had to replace two surface lights on my General Electric Microwave Oven which was purchased new 2 years ago. Upon reading the manual, I discovered that these bulbs had been seated in some type of glue or plastic coating. I was instructed to run a knife or other sharp object completely around the base of the light therefore freeing it from the coating. IT DID NOT WORK! Moreover, when I approached the salesman at Lowes, where I purchased the Microwave, he promptly broke off two bulbs as well in the floor model. Upon calling for a... read full review »

Vu-Miche Salon - Beaverton, OR
February 9, 2007
I went in for a Highlights touch up this Salon which is fairly simple task. Anyway the color job went bad by the hair stylist who worked on my hair. She told me to come back and she will fix it and I said okay because I had a big party coming up and needed the fix. After coming home I realized the job done was clumsy, there was color all over my skin and it was not what a professional would do. I called in next day to talk to the Manager, but the hair stylist called back. I questioned her about her clumsy work and asked for refund as I... read full review »

I told the sales manager and finance person what I was doing and that I did not want any credit inquires on my credit report. This should not have been a problem since I was not going to be on the loan anyway. A week later and before my refinance was finished I was informed by my loan... read full review »

G&G Auto Service
February 8, 2007
A racist service center that will charge 300 percent mark up to parts and add an extra 1-2 hours charge to a job that only takes one max. I know more about cars then they realized. Charged 90 dollars for a 30 dollar battery, and they kept the old one to sell after they recharged it. They also doubled the price for a generic alternator that usually runs for 124 online they charged 230. To top it off, they charged 200 plus dollars for a one hour job max. After taxes and various other non sense charges (waste handling 20.00) it was 565 dollars. I have had that cars (crx) transmission installed for less. read full review »

I am a fairly literate computer user that has over twenty years of almost daily computer use both for my business and personal use. I installed Norton Antivirus 2007 about a week ago. The program seemed to install without problems. However, I discovered that the main program window would not fully open and most of the text and links could not be seen. Harbor Breeze Philodendron Custom Fan Blades
February 8, 2007
I recently purchased a set of Harbor Breeze Philodendron custom fan blades (part # 124662) at a local Lowe's. Got them home and then found out they would not mount on my existing Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. The holes in the custom blade are grouped closer together than the standard Breeze motor. Went back to Lowe's to see about buying the proper fan mount brackets, but found out they are not sold separately for the above model blade. The only way you can get them is if you buy the entire motor assembly. Ended up returning the blades and getting a refund. read full review »
