Once signed up if you cancel you are not informed that you must return their information package within the "free" time period or you will be charged a full year membership at $29.95/month. I was notified by capital one credit card representatives, that I was late on payments from charges that started in December of 2006. I payed the card off so I had a zero balance and new this. So as we investigated this we found the first charge started in December with a 14.95 charge from dream works then several 74.95 charges from a company named XtremeBurnRX to a sum 0f several hundred dollars. I went to shop at Walmart in Bartow, FL and my husband went into the store to get me a electric scooter when he got to our car by the red poles at Walmart, the door greeter was very nasty to us, and grab the electric scooter from my husband, and said they are not to go out the doors of Walmart, but we heard you can take them to the red poles to get in the scooters, I think they where very rude to us. read full review »

We've had our phone through bellsouth for 18 yrs. In jan 2007 we ran into some bad financial problems and got behind $450. on our phone bill. They disconnected, they had no choice. Hi, I've just received a letter along with a check for $4,800. It says that check covers the mandatory fees and government taxes so I need to go deposit or cash it, and when I have the cash in hand, then give them a call, they will provide me the information of to where the money gram or western union money be sent to. Sams Club Fort Myers Florida - I had purchased a service contract on both of my 32" Vizio LCD televisions. Twice they directed me to call a service department that does not service Vizio televisions. It has now been more that 3 months and the last service center they sent me to has had more than a month to find the part and have yet to do it. We stayed at this motel a few weeks ago on our way home from the south. The reception area looked very nice and seemed well heated. The charge was $80+ for a room. We rented a room and when we got to the room there was no heat. The man said to give it a few hours and it would get warm. Apparently none of the rooms in that motel are heated - they don't turn any heat on even in the dead of winter and it remains that way until a customer arrive to rent the room. I bought what I thought was a one off subscription from a subsidiary of a company called Number One Music Inc based in St Kitts. I regret that I can't find the name of this company on the internet now. I quickly realized after putting in my debit card details that they were an unscrupulous organization because the subscription details shown were different and in excess of the option I had chosen before giving my card details. Onstar sent me a letter dated March 2, 2007 to let me know they are dumping all Onstar customers with analog devices. Onstar suggests I purchase new 2006 or 2007 GM vehicle as a remedy. Onstar knew when they put the analog system in the vehicles that the system would be going digital, they started putting in digital compatible systems in 2002 for 2003 vehicles. I first had to answer many questions to "an automated system" which sometimes immediately disconnected me because my answer was not recognizable or audible. I have had to have warranty work, and general maintenance done to my car numerous times in the last year since I bought it.
