On May 5 $10.00 was charged to my checking account. The charge was from WLI Shoppers Discount CTUS at 800-889-8776. Why the charge? I don't know. I recently had 4 paper pages to pdf in the evening. I was not able to do it at work because it was late at night. I went to staples only to find out that one page cost silly $9.99. I joined Weight Watchers under the Tenn Care partner's Program. It's funny how I was able to speak with a live person to join, but now they say my only option is to leave a message for them to call me back to cancel, yet they never do! They tell me I cannot speak to anyone about canceling, that this department that only takes messages, is my only choice! I bought my wife a diamond necklace for Christmas and Whitehall told me it would be available for pick up in no later than three days, so she would get it in time for Christmas. After some 5 years with this provider we began looking for another one because Intersabre had pretty slow cPanel access, Webmail access or sometimes even website access... They wont ship your order until you call them to verify it, then they try to sell you all this extra stuff stating that your product more than likely wont work without some of these items. When you refuse to purchase anything they then tell you that your product is an "import model" and everything will be in some other language unless you order the more expensive model. DO NOT PURCHASE GE appliances. They are nothing but aggravation. I purchased all new GE appliances when we built our house 5 years ago. The refrigerator was broken and 8 visits later from the service tech finally resolved the issue after I had researched the issue myself and found the part that needed to be replaced. After finding a travel agency to book travel for 21 members of my family, I learned about BookIt.Com. In the end, I booked my immediate family of 7 through BookIt.com because they were able to get a better rate. The other 14 members stayed with the other travel agent. I wish I had too. The short story is that once you book your travel and they get your money, they are useless to you. Of my last 20 online "rentals", as a member of BlockbusterOnline's video service, 17 of the rentals were claimed to have been "shipped" out and then "received" back by Blockbuster. I signed a contract with this company on May 16th 2006 and gave them a 50% deposit on shutters that were supposed to be installed 4 weeks from the date of entering into contract with the company. I suffered a loss on 5/07/07. I called Infinity Insurance Company on that day and filed a claim. The agent told me that an adjuster will contact me within 48 hours. After Wednesday, 5/09/07 I called back and still no contact. I also called my insurance company, Mercury, and let them know and still no contact from the adjuster. I read the complaint from the gentleman who bought several appliances from sears. Great washing machine if you don't mind all of your clothes smelling like urine. The machine is faulty by design. A bank account was closed out by a person in a law firm one day before the owner of the bank account died. There is a letter from a bank personnel saying the balance of the account was enclosed. FBI and OSBI -Oklahoma- informed me that they could not help, when it clearly states anything over $10,000.00 illegally taken from bank is a federal offense, this account was over $88,000.00.
