I have called this company several times to contact someone about not continuing to charge my account for this product and each time I have not been able to contact anyone. I get disconnected or get hooked up to a fax no#. I will fax them a form letting them know not to charge my account any longer and that I don't want to continue getting this product. As a former worker of this company I can tell you that the stories posted here are true. From the way that "Dave Domcalski" would rip people off to the way he treated his employees. 90% of all cars towed from properties contracted with 24/7 Park Inc. is charged for being dollied, but these cars are not dollied and the customers are still charged with the $65 fee. We bought a complete set of Goodyear Assurance Comfortred tires from a Goodyear Service Center. We began having the oil changed and the tires rotated every three to four thousand miles. Sears has no intention of honoring their "hassle free return within 30 days " policy. I purchased a lawnmower from sears and it worked for 15 minutes. I put fresh gasoline and an entire quart of oil in the lawnmower. When I tried to return the mower (less than 24 hours later), I was told that the lawn mower could not be returned because I broke it. As posted by others, I was also charged by the company for "million dollar" support program that I never authorized them to enroll or charge me. Company said I was automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial, and it was my responsibility to stop it if I don't want to get charged. Is this just Taco Bell's way of getting your personal information? I think so - You get a "code" number on your drink cup and then have to go on-line to enter the contest where it asks for your name, address, email, birthdate!! What kind of "contest" is this? I have been a regular subscriber of Readers Digest. In Apr, 2007, Readers Digest sent me a renewal reminder and I sent them a cheque for Rs 399 the same week. The cheque was encashed in May, 2007 and inspite of over 5 reminders they have even refused to respond to my E mail queries. Their subscription dept in my city asks me to contact their Mumbai office and no one gives any clear answers. Readers Digest used to be a decent publication but in the recent years has become absolutely pathetic. Frontier offers a bundle of services for $119.00 + fees and taxes $138,00 per month total. Phone, Internet and Dish Networks Digital Home Advantage Americas Top 250. I was charged 19.95 for the past 2 months even though I canceled the subscription over 2 months ago. I canceled again today and they said they would refund my money with in 3 to 5 business days. The a6000n is the second hp computer I've owned. Both of which came with no recovery discs. As advised in the hp computer manual, I created the discs myself (using 2 dvd discs). When my system crashed I was glad to have them, or so I thought. The first disc booted up fine. But the second one could not be read. Both discs were brand new with no scratches.
