Walgreens in Midland Texas on Andrews Hwy - they have the worst service for picking up RX's at the drive thru. Nothing good to say about direcway, hughes network. Since day 1 i have had nothing but headaches with this system. Had the transmitter replaced after 1 year and now it has gone bad again, and guess what, out of warranty. Gonna cost me 150.00 service call for a tech to come out to tell me that the transmitter is bad. Think advanced support already figured this out. I have 2 whirpool air conditioners and 1 refrigerator. My experience with the company's products and esp their service has been so bad that I would never purchase any Whirlpool product again. The products started developing faults in the first year of purchase itself and have not stopped since! The customer service staff could not care less. It takes at least 10 different calls before the fault gets repaired - after a string of broken commitments and follow ups. Signed loan with countrywide on 12/8/2006, first payment with them was due on 2/1/2007, asc charged me for payment dated 1/1/07 and late fees. I did not have them as a loan provider at that time! I want that removed from my credit report. read full review »

When I signed up to receive my free credit report, I originally applied for the Triple advantage report. After I decided I did not want that service any back in February, they have continued to bill my checking account every month for $12.95. I had some research on this company before i purchased my order. Their website is shows the right info, so i ordered on them Toyota mufflers for my rav4. The ordering process was fine, but i was quite alarmed when they did not even call me to check on my order. So i called on them and the rep just said that they do not have any available mufflers for RAV4 yet. I was sooo frustrated to hear that because they said it was available in the site. Starting In May of 2005, Chase added a hazard insurance in the amount of 7770.00 dollars (a rip off in itself) and then increased my payment by a 1000 dollars a month. In 2001 we purchased a car that was originally financed with another company. Citifinancial ended up with the loan. At one point, I sent in 2 payments. Several weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating they were going to repossess my car if I didn't bring my loan current within 10 days. When I called them, they showed no record of the payment. I had sent a Western Union money order. At that point they required 2 MORE payments up and beyond the $900 I had just sent them. From the moment we stepped into the Resort, we were offered low class service. Once we arrived to the room, it was filled with worms over the kitchen, and bathroom floors, even on top of the beds! I received a phone call about renewing Playboy magazine. It sounded like a great price for 3 years. So, I renewed the magazine thinking that the renewal would continue on with the subscription I already had. And of course, $99.00 poorer it never happened. What a scam! I purchased this Kenmore 44152 washing machine (front loader) about 1.5 yrs ago. Now I have to move to a new home and apparently the delivery folks who installed it did not leave the fastening bolts required for the move. I went to the SEARS store where I purchased it and the salesperson said that this was typical - all components not necessary for the operation of the appliance are removed. I purchased an HDTV from Shop NBC in March. There were supposed to be rebate forms included with the delivery and no forms were shipped. I called Shop NBC and finally received the rebate form 2 weeks later. On the form, it instructed me to send in the UPC label from the shipping box. Too late... the box went out with the trash. I called the number thats on the site. 800-609-5118. They said the charge is for monthly website hosting. Nowhere in any of the information that I have says anything about being charged for this. I checked in three suitcases into BA 182 yesterday the 13th of June on a flight from JFK via London Heathrow to Lagos Nigeria. I arrived London on today the 14th 11.10 am and proceed to BA 75 in an hour which took me to Lagos Nigeria. On arrival, just one of my suitcase was found in the luggage hall. In the commercial they have a guy complaining to a Ronald Macdonald figure about using non-US beef in their burgers. He talks about New Zealand beef - implying it is sub-standard product. Now I have had the pleasure of eating New Zealand beef as well as American beef and believe me, it is far superior to US beef in both taste, goodness and texture. My DVB412 set top DVD player worked fine for a two years. My kids have a Thomas and the Magic Railroad DVD they love. After a year of working fine (2 to 3 times per week) it started giving a cannot play region 1 disk error (but would still play other region 1 disks).
