I requested credit reports from this company, they offered me one month free credit report access, and monthly monitoring for $14.95. This company was only to deduct from my account if I accepted the service before the 30 days expired. I was billed within 30 days, 3 times, first $24.95, then within 7 days $14.95 and within 10 days of that another $14.95. At no point did I receive the credit reports and had to close my account to stop further deductions. This company or the individuals responsible for ripping off their prospects needs to be tracked, stopped, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law as our funds must be going to an account that is accessed by someone.

I went online to get my husband and I credit report at freecreditreport.com and they charged me $24.95 for each. This was less than 6 months ago. Now they just charged my account again in two installments of $12.95 each. What is going on here? They said it is a yearly fee for there service and to cancel at anytime. What service? I haven't received any of there services! It is not free they are a scam!! Watch out for them.
