When I ordered a new residential phone service with Verizon back in March 2007, I chose the "I don't wish to add a Verizon international calling plan" option. Last June I was in a auto accident. My van was totaled. We shopped around and made a deal on a van with Aurora Dodge in Aurora, Missouri. The new manager or owner was named Kurt. We test drove the van and told him we were waiting for a check from the insurance company. He made the deal and said he would hold my personal check until the check arrived from the insurance. Cole European of Walnut Creek, CA off of N Main St is as crooked as they come. I purchased a Jaguar from another dealer 3 weeks prior and I took it to Cole European to have a base line for future maintenance etc. The car drove like a dream there was absolutely nothing wrong with it I dropped it off with them and go a shuttle to work. My husband and I live in the state of Pennsylvania. My husband recently received a collection notice for $612.05 for a bill that was paid in full years ago. When my husband phoned Afni, Inc. he was told that he would have to send proof that the bill was paid. We purchased a home 6 years ago and in order to secure the mortgage all our bad debt (due to divorces) was cleared up and paid off. Who can I report this scam too??? I signed a 3 year contract with this company. My 3 year obligation was over 01/07 I have given them faxed requests, written requests and phone calls but they continue to bill me .I forgot to mention they took 2 unauthorized payments from my checking account and I had to spend $30 to place stop payment on my account. My mother, two sisters and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in April. We were there two nights and it was still too long! When we arrived the employees in the lobby parking area were rude and told us to move even though we were parked right next to a sign that said "15 minute parking-check in only" and checking in was exactly what we were doing. Re: Hyundai I bought an accent last year (accent 2006), and this year, the hyundai in Syria said that there is a problem in this car. The problem was found in its driving wheel , and they added that it causes a lot of serious car crashes .They offer to change the whole system of the driving wheel by paying 400$ . Purchased a bulldog pup at the end of 2006 from Jenny at Bulldog Alley. I requested all registration paper work and pedigree info, in the contract we signed. 7 months later still don't have it , and she will not return emails or phone calls. I have two unauthorized charges made to me credit card by this company. I am not sure how they managed to obtain my credit card number. Thank God I am able to stop the second transaction from going through. The first one did and was reversed. I have had similar programs with GE Money Bank. I did the Promotional loan on getting carpet. I paid it all in full on August 4, 2006 at 12:20pm. I have confirmation that I paid and they received payment with a reference number. They keep calling saying I have not paid and I get bills for delinquent payments. I have three children (1 disabled) Theresa Eckerd works at a pizza restaurant on Grand. She refuses to pay her child support (now owes over $4,500). Says she'd quit her job before she'd give those kids money. Hasn't seen them in 4 years. I have been charged $99.41 for something called Hoodia. I have not ordered nor have I received this product. Before it appeared on my account, I had no idea what Hoodia was. I have since learned that it is a dietary supplement of which I do not need. When I called the company, their only solution was to send me another shipment (which I probably won't receive) and keep the charge on my account. I work for a small company and we performed some work for this dead-beat customer. In November of 2006, these people owed us $15,000.00. After numerous calls to them, we were promised day after day that our balance would get paid. YellowPages.com promised us Delle Electric, LLC a year ago that we would be receiving regular stats with our newly agreed-to contract. Not once in a year did we receive any stats. I used to have 2 metro pcs phones. I called 2 weeks before my cycle ended, so it would give the Metro PCS people enough time to have the necessary 24 - 72 hours to update the info. over 1000 hours have passed and they charged me for 2 phones. This company has raised interest rates on both of my cards for no apparent reason, I always make my payments on time, and always pay more than the minimum.
