Sears - Kenmore Elite H3 Washer
July 25, 2007
My Kenmore Elite H3 is staining my white and light colored clothes. I have had the machines for 5 or 6 years and have had no problem until recently. I got on the internet and found this is a common occurrence with this product. What should I do? These are expensive machines and I don't think I should have to purchase new ones. What course of action should I take? Will Sears make good on this or not? I have contacted them as well as Consumer Reports. I have not heard anything from them as of now. American Family Insurance
July 25, 2007
American Family Insurance 6000 American Parkway Madison, WI 53783-0001 (608) 249-2111 American Family Insurance is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they uncooperative they are uncaring. These people are robots and don't know how to think on their own. Even after I contacted "Customer Care", Lisa was just as uncaring and not even willing to understand why there was a $100 difference in the claim. Also, they have dragged this out to over a year. They only are about their bottom line. They don't... read full review »

I live by Medina Lake in Texas. I noticed that none of the foodservice people in this area know anything about sanitation. For example, none of the cooks wear hats or hair nets. Universal Studios Theme Parks - Orlando, Florida
July 25, 2007
On Saturday, July 21, 2007 I purchased five adult and one child passes for both Universal Theme Parks in Orlando, Florida for one day. The cost of these passes was 475.00. The parks were advertised as being open from 0900 hours until 2200 hours. No one told me that one park was closing at 1900 hours and that the other park would partially close at the same time. This was being done to accommodate a private party for Microsoft Corporation. I'm sure that I wasn't the only person to be inconvenienced by the early closing. I have been to... read full review »

Cingular - Dallas, TX
July 25, 2007
My son had a contract with cingular - their service was horrible - either rude or would make promises not kept - bill was never the same - he spent hours on the phone trying to get things fixed - the store fronts would tell him one thing - customer service would say they had not authority - finally a phone rep told him to cancel his service if he was so unhappy - so he did. Now he is being harassed by a collection agency for $386.00. Thus far he has not returned their phone calls. The lady is rude when she leaves messages. This is uncharted waters for us. While visiting Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures website at www.naturalcures.com, I signed up for a "FREE" 7-day trial of the website newsletter. Sears / Dehumidifiers
July 25, 2007
Two years ago I purchased a Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner and a 70-pint dehumidifier. I got lucky, the vacuum cleaner died within a few months and it was covered under warranty. However, the dehumidifier lasted two whole seasons (it doesn't even run all year). I took it in to the parts place and they want $120 to fix it. I won't give them the satisfaction of making money off their lousy products. I called the local store where I purchased them and told them my story and they said there is nothing they can do. I told them I was never buying another Sear appliance! read full review »

Corel Knockout2
July 25, 2007
I recently purchased Corel Knockout2 at a retail store ($99.99). The minimum requirements on the outside of the box stated the program would run on Mac OS X, and Adobe Photoshop 5 or higher. The package was printed in Aug 2006. After opening the box and reading the readme file on the disk I saw that it would work only on Mac OS X.3, not the current OS x.4.9, the current version and Photoshop 5, 6, or 7, not the current CS2 or CS3. California Insurance Commission
July 25, 2007
I understood the Insurance Commission was to assure the consumer that the insurance companies were in compliance with the state insurance regulations and that they would investigate any and all credible and valid complaints made by a consumer. Is this a correct understanding of their role? Churches Chicken
July 25, 2007
We have always preferred Churches Chicken over other fast food chicken vendors, but the only Churches Chicken franchise in Las Cruces, NM is awful. We stopped by on Wednesday, July 25th right after 05:00 p.m. and ordered to go. We should have looked at the chicken before we drove off. It clearly had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. The chicken was so tough, it was similar to eating jerky. The bread was more like a cracker. I don't know if complaining will do any good, but we will be reluctant to purchase anything from Churches Chicken in the future. read full review »

There is no coincidence when this many people start complaining. So what if the loans are subprime, Wells Fargo, as the investor, should still insist on workouts with Consumers, especially knowing full well industry conditions. Wells Fargo has a history of bad business practices, cleaned up their act once, now appear to be getting back into old habits. To the public, they look like Washington Mutual and Beneficial Finance rolled into one. How long is Government going to stand by and let these Big Boys abuse consumers.
