Today I received a message from Hollywood Video with two telephone numbers to call, but no particular person who would take care of this. I am hoping we can get somebody to help her get the money they owe her. Thank you.

My 18-year-old daughter worked at Hollywood Video last year, and when she left they owed her about $300. Because she did not receive the check before it expired, she asked the store manager to help her get the salary due to her. She was told she had to ask corporate, but was given no specific person to talk to. She left a message at the only number she was given, because nobody answers the phone there. There has been no call back and no response.
