I purchased a ceiling fan and installed per the manufacturers directions. The fan stopped turning after two months of operation. I am complaining about the internet service of Charter Communications. There is a traffic control light at veterans memorial and hwy 249 in houston texas. This is a six lane hwy traveling east and west and a two lane street with left turn lanes traveling north and south. I'm a long time residential customer with Bellsouth/ATT 40 years. There's a charge on my bill for inside repairs $85.00. I did a self check on all equipment inside the home before calling for service. The technician came to my address and check the outside lines on the telegram pole. I left prior to them arriving to go to work and no one was there to greet them. American Progressive was to cancel my father's policy, which they say they did, and place him back on the Medicare policy that he had. This took 6 weeks and we were informed then that it would take Medicare another 45 days to process. It has been 106 days since cancellation of policy and nothing has been corrected yet. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem...
