I already placed a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $12.95 that was recently debited to my card today 5/7, I sending another complaint because I have reviewed my card statement and noticed that there was another charge on 4/7/08 for the same amount after credits of $1.00 were issued to my account prior to the $12.95 charge. someone needs to look into this and I expect to see both charges of $12.95 debited from my card on 5/7/08 and 4/7/08 you may say the account was not cancelled but they were and I know to review your credit report it was free.

I haven't subscribe or sign up for monthly credit card report charges of $9.95. They charge every month from credit card. Today, i talk with customer representative whose name Nickey, she told that she didn't give credit in my card, its against company policy. She told me if you want to cancel this service now onwards but they don't give a credit.

Please review my matter and advice smb!
