The day i signed up whit Hollywoodprofiles the representative told me i will only be charged 98$ at the end of the 3months trial if i was contacted to work on paid casting job, which never happened, by the way!! In Brief: While traveling in June 2007, I called in to make a payment by phone so that it would not be late. I paid what I was told was the entire balance of $57.00. I did not phone in to make a payment in July, since I had not used the card. When I returned home in September, I opened my August bill, which was due Sept. 13. I did have life-time 360 pro share installed. It was accidentally permanently deleted from my files. The problem is that I can not get it back on, even with the instructions they send from the Tech support. It's already payed for, but there isn't any way to get it back. What I am going to try is reorder it as if I were a new member and see if they charge me again for it. Very poor product quality. Non existent customer service. Windows installed in 1988. Window seals failed after less than 3 years in service. Multiple window closing mechanism failures and multiple window latch failures. I saw the ad on The Cell Phone Store for a free phone , free shipping when ordering one phone Etc. Also if you were a customer you could update with a 2 yr contract extension. The 310 ltrs. fusion was purchased by me on 28.04.2007 from Sales Corner, Kothi, Baroda. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. My fridge is giving bad smell from the upper portion of the fridge and by that entire room is smelled very badly and inhyegenic. If with in 12 hours the complaint is not attended to resolve I shall have to move to Customer Redrressal Cell at the cost, risk and responsibilities of the company. I wish I would have seen this web site before I made a purchase through perkydesigns. I ordered some labels through them and it took a while for them to send a proof. Every week this company service goes out for days at a time. When I contact them to fi it, or reimburse me for time down, they do not reply nor do anything to fix any of the problems they have created. I would like to hear from anyone that has a ad in the Veriszon yellow pages and that had the ad renewed without your authorization when the publication of the yellow pages was assumed by Idearc. Idearc tells me that a letter was mailed to me in August of 2006 advising me that my ad would automatically renew unless I advised them otherwise. However, I never received that letter.
