We purchased a home warranty from National Home Protection in 2006. We couldn't at the time find anything bad about them online, we have since learned that the company was under another name at the time. No response from customer care center at Baroda No one is lifting Telephone or Numbers are given wrong by recorded telephone. On 4/9/2007 I purchased an Oster blender, (Model# 6629). I picked this manufacturer and model because of the $10.00 rebate. I completed the rebate form making sure it was comleted correctly and enclosed all the needed items including the UPS code and mailed it on 4/11/2007. We have a 14 month old GE dishwasher with a GE 4 year service contract. In late March the machine started to vibrate and get very loud when pumping water. They seem to think it's a neighbor in my building and have been harassing me to locate them. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up, so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. PODs. They are nationwide and on line. They are unbelievable! I ordered two pods, did NOT order blankets or locks, in fact went to U-Haul and bought my own items. Nevertheless, they loaded these items in to the POD containers, apparently expected me to remove them and return them to the driver who picked the pods up and when I didn't they charged me $119/month to rent blankets and a lock I never even used!
