I found out when I did all 3 credit checks I used my credit card and they are connected to Pharmacy Gold/At Home Rewards/Fun passports. It was called Privacy Matters and they kept charging me for something I never join, I just wanted to charge $1.00 fee to get credit report. But they charged 9.95 each month then Pharmacy Gold/At Home Rewards/Fun Passports also started charging my credit card. It took forever on the phone with Privacy Matters to cancel and they said they would credit but still don't show credit from none of these companies. I have received phone calls from this company frequently in the past two months. I would say about three times a week they call me by automated telemarketer. In this recorded message I am told to press 9 to be removed from the list. I have pressed 9 at least 8 times. A month ago, I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and when he came on the line I told him to please remove me from their call list, which he said he would do. Today I received another phone call and I spoke to a representative to find out the name & phone number of the business so I could initiate whatever action I need to take in order for these harassing phone calls to stop. read full review »

I keep receiving recall notices concerning safety issues with a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT. I went to the nearest dealer Heritage Ford in Loveland Colorado to have a recall repair done. They said it would cost $350.00 to repair the seat because the recall notice didn't cover this repair. We lost phone service on 7-24-2007. After numerous e-mails and calls to report our outage it has not been taken care of. They were advised someone is here 24-7. I have 2 elderly ladies one 90 and one 80 who cannot use cell phone and are in need of medical attention regularly.
