I found out when I did all 3 credit checks I used my credit card and they are connected to Pharmacy Gold/At Home Rewards/Fun passports. It was called Privacy Matters and they kept charging me for something I never join, I just wanted to charge $1.00 fee to get credit report. But they charged 9.95 each month then Pharmacy Gold/At Home Rewards/Fun Passports also started charging my credit card. It took forever on the phone with Privacy Matters to cancel and they said they would credit but still don't show credit from none of these companies. I have received phone calls from this company frequently in the past two months. I would say about three times a week they call me by automated telemarketer. In this recorded message I am told to press 9 to be removed from the list. I have pressed 9 at least 8 times. A month ago, I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and when he came on the line I told him to please remove me from their call list, which he said he would do. I keep receiving recall notices concerning safety issues with a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT. I went to the nearest dealer Heritage Ford in Loveland Colorado to have a recall repair done. They said it would cost $350.00 to repair the seat because the recall notice didn't cover this repair. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Randall Noe Hyundai and while the sales experience and negotiations went very well, the finance experience left a lot to be desired. Ever since we made a new account with this company we would have to call to get our gas tank filled, which was okay with us. The problems began shortly after during the summer of 2004 when we called up and did not come for 2 or 3 weeks until we called again. A friend of mine was just terminated because of a $60.00 mistake on a customers order and was interrogated for about two and a half hours not to mention all of the mental stress that was involved. It seems that every time I order something silk from Victoria's Secret, I get something either polyester or rayon. In several cases, the items were labeled silk on the tag as well as the web site and catalog.
