I ordered a futon from Futon Stores (Gately's Family of Stores) on 8-15-07. It was supposed to be shipped between 8/22 and 8/25 by UPS Ground. I have never heard anything else from this company. I started out as a Chemical Bank customer and was quite happy with their service until Chase took over. It's been down hill for the last 20 years. We were charged immediately the full amount and when we tried to check the status over the past two weeks, no one has answered our emails or calls. When you try to leave a message, the box is full. I had my WaMu card service changed to SST. Someone (an employee) used my card without my permission. She didn't know that it was close to the limit and used it for a lot of small purchases. We booked 4 round trip tickets from Detroit to San Francisco and back. When we went to come from from SF to Detroit we found that Spirit had discontinued service to Detroit and were left with no option but to pay $750.00 each to fly home on another airline. I purchased a pair of glasses from Sam's Club Optical less than 6 months ago. I purchased the Scratch Guard coating to be applied to them. To date, my glasses have several markings on both lenses that are jaggered looking. I took my glasses into the club where I purchased them and the lady there said she never saw anything like it. I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. The service form the Pizza Hut at 2724 W. Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA. 23605 that i got was not what i expected it to be. I placed an internet order about 10:30pm and i was paying with a credit card. It's the reasonable expectation these days for tires to last up to 60,000 miles or more. My Touareg is the fourth car I've leased and the first I have ever had to buy tires for before --WAY BEFORE-- the lease is up. I Paid almost two hundred dollars for two wheel chair batteries for my mothers wheelchair in July 07. That are completely useless to me. Their website states they ship within 3 days -it took over a month and they sent the wrong batteries (wrong size and will not fit in the battery cases). I just received a bill from Afni Collections for Verizon Florida, Inc. For the past 15 years I have lived in MD and VA and my phone bill is paid up at this time. Our family of 4 rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Paris for 6 nights,7 days through Panache One World Travel based out of Cohasset, Mass. We didn't have hot water the entire length of our stay. My finance went to his interview 1/22/07 and it was sent back to USCIS in California and now I will have to pay 455.00 to file this again because they are telling me that the validity period has expired. #1. it was out of my hands as it took then sooo long to process that it expired and #2.
