We purchased a refrigerator freezer from Sears?in the spring of 2000. It was a problem from the get go. I've been to this supposedly "upscale" salon several times in the past with average results. The reason I've returned is it is convenient to my home. I had a terrible experience today with the manager/owner "Phyllis" who apparently has no problem letting clients wait as long as an hour for service, with very little apology. I too have problems with the Kenmore Elite Trio Refrig. Mine has a bad fan motor. I have had the refrig. for two years, while under maintenance agreement having the same trouble getting the appliance serviced another person. I bought a few high dollar pillows, down, and was generally happy with them. After a few months the down feathers with long sharp quills started to work their way through the covers. hey would actually scratch you and sometimes draw a little blood. Also before when we order merchandise from Victoria's Secret, they would put a hold on our bank card, and then actually charge the card when the merchandise ships. Nationstar took over or was renamed from Centex. I closed a loan with Centex last March. L.S.I Title was supposed to do the documentation, closing and title work. I purchased the house from Probate of my Mother's estate. LSI did not file title work for almost one year which caused problems and attorney fees with Probate. I recently am a new customer with Continental Finance Company and they took an ACH payment out of my bank account 4 days prior to when I scheduled it for. They charged me a $30.00 check return fee, a $30.00 over balance fee, and a $30.00 late fee. On the contract it was to be delivered ten days from the start date of june 28th and be in new mexico ten days later with up to a 21 day. No later than clause. I was promised a refinance loan with this company, an appraisal was done which cost me out of pocket $350. The appraiser Brookfield picked lo-balled the value of my home by over $20,000. Because of this they refused the loan stating that their lender "pulled their plug" on our type of loan.
