I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's at 3810 Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh, NC 27607 on Sept. 21, 2007. I asked for a hamburger happy meal with a sweet (no ice). When we first purchased their system it was satisfactory. We could expect upload speeds of 194 on the average and 775 on the download this was acceptable. Then after a 8 months we started having eractic speed tests finally we were told it was not our equipment or theirs except that their satellite was now over crowded so for 8 hours of every day we would be getting below minimum speeds because of every one on the system. On April 11, 2007 I ordered online from Gately's SleekSpaces.com 4 pairs of white leather dining room chairs (total of 8 chairs), a dining room table and a Platform bed. The dining room table is the ONLY item which arrived correctly and not damaged. One pair of the chairs arrived damaged and the wrong size bed was shipped. This company charged my debit card for an order i did not make. I ordered a sample for 4.99. A month later they charged 149.95 three times to my debit card which i did not authorize. These pills made me shaky and unstable. I would never have reordered them and i did not order from them. Now i find that they are doing this to quite a few people. My brother and I were staying at the Longbeach Marriott few weekends ago and someone broke into our hotel room and stole our belongings... The hotel is not taking responsibility! On 9.25, there was a charge made illegally to my account in the amount of $38.95 for product I never ordered. Purchased a brand new washer, Neptune, Model#MAH21PDD for $1500. Coin operated, they claimed to be good for commercial use for 20 years. It's less than 2 years, broke three times, and now broken beyond repair. Called Maytag, they basically bounce me around with many different department, and no one can offer any real help. They advertised under Free Credit Report to give me a credit check for thirty days provided that I give them my bank account number. They did not give me any means of canceling before the 30 day period was up. I am subsequently being billed $11.95 monthly and not receiving any reports. In addition I have free credit checking since someone stole the Veterans disk from the VA Hospital which also contained my name. We were assured by the sales rep that it was a fixed rate and not an open-ended credit account. An open-ended credit card account is the biggest rip-off going, and we both new that based on past experiences so therefore we wanted no part of it.
