When I purchased my vehicle financing through Wells Fargo Financial. Several months after the purchase I was injured and went on full time disability. Fortunately I did purchase disability insurance with the loan. Unfortunately, I stopped receiving monthly statements. On August 30, 2007, I hired Donald Grant of Environment Technology, 215 Rennie Drive, Katy Texas to cut down and clear trees around my property. They seriously damaged my and my neighbor's wooden fence alongside the property, did a really pitiful patch job and have made promises to come out and fix it properly. I ordered a recumbent bike from Gately's Home Fitness Store on August 26, 2007 and have yet to receive any indication of a shipment number. After dozens of emails and repeated phone calls/messages for a month, I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE RETURN CALL and only two e-mails with zip, zero, nada information about my order and neither e-mails were personalized with a name and/or phone number of a representative. I opened my AT&T bill to find 2 months of charges to a company, I have never heard of, or ever done business with before. After several attempts to reach someone, we were told that i signed up for something over the phone (which i NEVER do), but couldn't tell me when i did it. Purchased door on 4-2-7 del to house on 5-7-07 installed then found that one side lite was installed upside down, contacted comp and they said new door would be ordered, new door received in June, had paint overspray on vinal covered jams, unusable, new door ordered again, THIRD door arrived in late July this door had another upside down side lite and was refused by me for delivery. About 2 months ago I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, hot wings and a coke from dominoes. We waited almost an hour for it to be delivered and the hot wings were not in the delivery. The delivery person told me he would bring them to me when he left out on another delivery. Approximately 30 minutes later, my hot wings did arrive. Here in south florida beware of oscar saveedra. This a "broker" who will scam his way through saying he's got you approved just give him cash so he can speed thing along to get you your loan. Most unfortunately, I had the displeasure of working with Amex Movers for a local one-bedroom move of furniture. The movers required an upfront deposit via a credit card and were originally slated to move the furniture on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. I was in New Life Fitness on several occasions and have witnessed management or what they call management speak to nursery and front desk staff very unprofessionally. They do not handle themselves in a professional manner nor do they make appropriate management decisions. This was the worse shopping/service experience ever!!! We choose this location because it was the closest to our house. The store is so small that can hardly accommodate 10 people. I purchased a new Calypso washer and dryer. After about two years I replaced the circuit board in the dryer. Last week the circuit board went out in the washing machine. I put it in the trash and went to Lowe's and purchased a GE machine for about forty dollars more than what it would have cost to have my machine repaired. I can't wait until the dryer goes out. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven.
