I've been a Telus customer for the better part of 12 years with the same phone number. In december of 2005 I signed up for Telus internet service. Apparently it was a 3 year contract. I bought some Halloween "Mary Jane" type slippers from Target. The slippers are made of the soft, fuzzy material and have black round treads on the bottom to prevent slipping. I ordered what I hoped to be special aquamarine earrings for my mother's 65th birthday. When she received them, they were a completely clear stone, not a tinge of blue in them at all. Called 800 number on appliance and was told basically that it did work. I have not been able to use at all and had to purchase a new one. I have it in original box and purchased at Lowes of Elizabethtown, Ky. I still would like this to work but it does not. I have Sunday Ticket Superfan, and High-Def programming. This is the second Sunday that I have not been able to receive the Superfan games in High-Def. My HD works fine on the movie channels, and on ESPNHD, but on the Superfan channels it does not. They come in as full screen only (stretched to fit) and standard definition. And, again only on the Superfan channels, some of the remote control buttons (format, info) do not work. These buttons do work on the other HD channels. I subscribed to a ringtone website called Funtonia.com for a one year membership in which my credit card was charged a total of $23.88 for the full year. They canceled my membership after 5 months saying my subscription expired.
