I received a copy of a letter from this office addressed to an unknown name. I called the office to inform them. The Lawyer noted that his office addressed it wrong; it should have gone next door. He then ordered me to take it next door, rather than his office mailing a revised letter--which should be appropriate. Marriott's cancellation policy is the worst in the industry. They charged me the full length of a stay that I canceled on day one. This A570 was my 2nd Fuji. Stay far away from them. Absolutely no customer support and very rude nonresponsive customer service reps when you call the repair service in New Jersey. They've had my camera for over one month for warranty repair. It had a "zoom error" fault while I was on vacation in Alaska. That means the lens would not zoom to open/close. I applied for a pay day loan which is a bad thing in itself. Somehow one of the payday loans had a "Joint Agreement " with a card support that if you get one you get both. The catch is that if you don't get the loan you still pay 31.98 for the card support. This is really stupid because if you are trying to get a loan, you don't have money in the first place, but you are still charged $31.98. I purchased software to legally download and as mentioned by other customers, followed the instructions exactly. It mentions that they will respond in 48 hours. It has been over 240 hours and they still haven't had the decency to respond. We the public are the "working people" of the world and these scammers sit back and invent ways to scam the public as a whole. I called into customer service after a shipping charge that was more than the product I ordered. The agent told me since it was the first time I ordered she would give me a one time free shipping. I have now been charged 12.95 a month for several months on my bank account, from some marketing company that works with them called encore marketing. Superuser.net is like the Bates Motel of hosting services. Setup appears to be highly automated, and actually not too bad... but god save you if you ever want to discontinue service. You'll find that none of their phone numbers accept messages, none of their email addresses ever get responded to, and they will continue to charge your credit card forever unless you stop it via your card service. I found a "RingtoneTimes.Com" advertisement for a free download ringtone. A short time later I found out that I wasn't getting a free download ringtone but would be charged $19.95 monthly charge. My daughter, Kristin McGowan, is not getting adequate mail delivery. I sent a package for her friend's birthday in January. It never was delivered. I recently got my fridge from storage (3 months in all) and hooked my fridge up. It has no lights working but makes ice (albeit slowly and the ice is hollow). If I touch the pad it turns the auger but the flap does not open. I had a Maytag guy come out but all he did was open and shut my door for five minutes and knock on the door. I accepted this trial for looking over a service for travel and savings for the family, I think it also had to do with free credit report as a bonus feature. Anyhow~ I called to cancel and threw out the information about it. Well on my last months statement I was charged a $12.95 fee which is a monthly charge. We took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo, after waiting at the hotel taxi stand.
